Very accommodating and extremely friendly.

Bakery, well located. Fine products.

Had less than an optimal experience at this bakery, which is conveniently located next to some other markets we enjoy. The bread is average certainly not better than a store, but expect to pay 25% more than you would right next-door at MIGROS. The real disappointment was the “Schwarzwälder Torte”. If a German created this, he should be stripped of his passport. Conspicuously absent were any cherries, and there was a distinct taste of freezer-burn in the cream. The one highlight was the berry cream slices we tried, which were tasty and flavorful. There are so many great bakeries, there’s no space for mediocre overpriced ones.

Good service and the staff was friendly too.

Throw money back in your hand instead of giving it normally, so maybe the apprentice doesn't know, you don't always have to give a tip😂😅

Schnitzel bread, lye pretzel with egg, a wide range of sweet and salty/savory dishes are available. Unfortunately the offer in the evening depends on the day. Very tasty and freshly prepared the same day. Always my pleasure.

Very bad planning. We reserved a table for 12 and there were no more rolls or croissants. Zmorgenturm was also no longer possible even though we had reserved 5 days ago and mentioned it on the phone. We had made a reservation for 10:30, and the card on the table also said 10:30.

Very poorly planned. For a reservation that was made 5 days ago, there were neither croissants, rolls nor morning tower. We had to leave again without eating anything.

Super great offer, the pretzel croissant with egg is delicious and you'll be happy to queue for the baked potatoes. The staff are incredibly accommodating and always have a smile on their faces. In my opinion one of the best bakeries in the entire canton.

A large and varied selection of bread makes it possible to find something suitable for everyone.

For weeks there has been no laugegipgeli with clay or 30 with egg at 10:00 in the morning. I've mentioned this several times already. Maybe switching on your brain and ordering more sound would be a solution. Apparently I have to write it like that because otherwise nothing else will happen. Happy Advent.

It was the first time here but also the last time. Very unfriendly service. The cuts weren't special for the expensive price.

I took baked potato with me. Finally a takeaway that I can eat! Finding something quickly that is gluten-free and vegetarian is very difficult. It was very tasty and a good portion. Be sure to keep offering it!

Love the spinach quiche and the salads. Best in town! Service is a hit and miss. Some of the personell is really friendly, some have a demeanour like they’d be resentful to be at work.

I've been a customer at Zumbach a few times, but today I just wanted to exchange 2 x 50 Rp for 1 Fr for the shopping cart. The saleswoman replied in a very unfriendly manner that they didn't actually do that and then exchanged the money with the shit of her life. I realize you're not a bank, but that was really unpleasant. The people next to me also looked strange as to what that was. Next time I'll go back to the competition.

Egg croissants are really tasty. However, quite expensive. But where it really gets to me is 4.20 for a normal roll.

Employees need hearing aids. You won't hear any differences between lattes and coffee. You pay, get the wrong coffee, leave that coffee and walk out.

Employers the horror. The store should be boycotted!

Only 2 stars because of an older, rude, racist and unfriendly lady at the counter (most likely xenophobic). The others are excluded from this and were all always quite friendly and pleasant, which is why I give 2 stars and not one. The food (I've been here several times) and the coffee are very good.

Food is okay, but not spectacular. Service ranges from being ingnored to be scolded for not making their lifes easier to having your purchase thrown at you over the counter. Some of the staff's faces show from "I do not want to be here" to "why are you bothering me"...though few are friendly & polite, even smile. Since I found a long hair in one of the purchased sandwiches I haven't bought any anymore...

It's a shame - an arrogant boss - who finds it unnecessary to greet customers... The goods are fine and the saleswomen are nice.

Very friendly staff, nice seating area outside, amazing food. If you take spinach quiche - it’s literally filled with spinach, if you go for some chicken salad - there is an actual chicken breast there, not just some small pieces. 👌🏻👍🏻

Best cafe in Switzerland so far. Amazing selection of food including salads and wraps, great cold brew coffee, always friendly waiters. Whenever I’m in Baar and want to eat, I always come here.

Tables and chairs very dirty. Apple strudel fresh from the oven was offered, but it was ice cold. Sales staff would rather just stand around idle than clean something. Various bread rolls are open and everyone can take some. How unhygienic is that!

Nice cafe near the train station. Great selection of different baked goods, unfortunately less suitable for those with gluten allergies.

Great bakery, I like it there. Delicious croissants and rolls. Nice service, even if you pick up your bread on Sunday morning, you will receive friendly service. You can sit with your dog in the coffee part :-)

I really enjoy going there! Huge range of breads/desserts/pastries/snacks/salads...gift ideas...! Always friendly and committed service! What surprises me; that the tip jar should and should no longer be at the coffee counter! It is not an invitation for the guest if it is written there! Everything is voluntary! The employees are aware and know how to follow the rules! You work conscientiously, are receptive, communicative and have a long presence! All of them yes, certainly also those who do their work in the background and the people in sales. That's why I sometimes give a few cents more when I go shopping. Unfortunately it is no longer common; to be committed, to serve in a friendly and flexible manner and to treat customers with respect and to address them in their own form!!! This works for Zumbach! This is how the staff can also be rewarded.... who have the strap on their necks anyway, which can be felt. Without a clear line it doesn't work.... but legal doping such as praise and tips should be allowed!!!
