I am Spanish and have a Seat Leon. The holiday travel plan was to cover Barcelona-Geneva (750 km) on one day and Geneva-Salburg (720 km) on the second day. On Friday 7/7/2023 we left Geneva at 6am on the second day of the trip and half an hour later a fault alarm sounded on the dashboard (malfunction, the battery is not charging, vehicle stopped). I was overwhelmed with uncertainty and felt that it was a serious mistake. After 5 minutes the error message disappeared but reappeared in the same way. A few minutes later, another power steering clue appeared, tightening the direction. Not wanting to worry my wife by not saying anything, I slowed to 90 km/h. At that time he looked for a Seat dealer on Google Maps and found the Garage Gautschi AG dealer. We were halfway between Bern and Zurich and still had 23 km to go to the workshop. Our car stopped 7 km from the destination. My wife called the tow truck and the tow truck mechanic discovered the alternator was bad and towed us to the shop. It was already 8 a.m. and the dealer's workshop manager, Mr. Häusler, told us that he would use all his channels that same Friday to get a new alternator. But it was clear that if he didn't get it, we would stay 3 days until Monday with the associated costs (800/1000€). At 3:00 p.m. Mr. Häusler called us and said that the car was ready. We are jumping for joy and would like to thank all the professionals at Garaje Gautschi AG. And the least I could do was write down my experience to thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The business treats employees very badly! The employees there work 6 days a week at the expense of their health. What a shame
