We have the Caffè d'Italia machine at our house. we received the machine for free (it's true!), we only buy coffee in capsules. I prefer Ginseng and Lemon Tea, the daughter drinks Hot Chocolate and the husband takes Classic Italian Coffee. All hot drinks also come in capsules. The machine is automatic, easy to clean. I recommend to everyone, it's a good deal!
