Opening hours are not always adhered to in the morning. Was still closed after 7am today.

Had an iced coffee from here - to go - the cup was more water than anything else. Unfortunately, not a place I would visit again.

Best coffee around. Just like in Italy. Don't be fooled by the rather simple setting...

I wanted to criticize the service is 0, dirty tables and poor service but there is no professionalism either. For me they can also close, I'm really disgusted and also expensive.

Die Ustria Sil Plaz ist geschlossen und sucht einen Pächter. Die Zimmer sind einfach und werde weiterhin vermietet ... auch pro Woche/Monat.

There have been a few times recently when the bistro was already closed in the afternoon. We students rely on food and ask that the bistro adhere to these opening hours.

I've been going to school here for 2 years. Very friendly staff, although I think some don't know exactly what they're selling. I am allergic to tomatoes and specifically mentioned this and asked if a particular hot menu had tomatoes. I am also vegan (the sandwich was advertised as vegan). She answered me that it certainly didn't have tomatoes. I paid, they warmed it up and tada it had plenty of tomatoes in it. I reported this and asked for another vegan dish. She said yes and I got a new sandwich, but with bacon or some kind of pork. I think it's a shame. Otherwise a large selection of sandwiches, snacks etc. and very tasty.
