The lady who now works in the KSW kiosk is so unfriendly. She discussed with me about paying out the lottery winnings of SFr. 84.-. She wouldn't have that much money in her till. I should buy tickets again. This is a problem every time you win tickets. Why are you selling these tickets if it's stressful for your employees?????? Why do I have to argue with the ladies every time? If you sell the tickets, it's not a PROBLEM!!!!

Unfortunately, not the first time, extremely unfriendly, people always rummage around in something before the customer is served, there is no response to a 'goodbye', not even the second time, even though there are no other customers in the store. I will avoid this kiosk in the future.

It was a disaster, it started with a time slot, 25 minutes waiting time for 3 pizzas, completely ok. After 30 minutes it was said that everything was ready, but the third one had only just been prepared. OK, fresh. But no pizza measuring 30 cm, cut into sixes, there was an estimated piece of ham measuring about 8x8 mm on each part of my Hawaiian pizza!!! I had to look for the pineapple pieces. And the usury: 20 francs per pizza. Sorry, absolutely no go. It's a shame, it would have been a great idea since there is no pizzeria in Vitznau. But THAT was an ABSOLUTE FAILURE!!!

Packaged Pinsa is cooked very badly. Zero quality. Mozzarella that looks like cooked egg white. I didn't eat anything. Honestly, for the price I paid, 76 CHF, excessively exaggerated when the quality isn't even there. I DO NOT think I will order here again.

Great furnishings, lots of details and they put a lot of effort into it. You can tell that the team enjoys their work. They are very hospitable and the atmosphere is always great.
