intentionally only 4 stars, the missing one is for the growth potential that everyone has, but in the sun 8372 this is not that easy... the kitchen is simple but excellent. the service is courteous and makes you feel welcome. Cozy, small bistro in the old town of Sursee. The menu is sophisticated and chef Beat Amrein's cooking skills have long been known. The food was excellent and the service was very attentive. Chez Be is definitely a tip for connoisseurs.
