Very friendly service and we were assigned a great table. There was a bag of bread on the table and two different small wrapped butters on a small plate. There was no butter knife. At this price range we missed a greeting from the kitchen. For the aperitif we have a glass of Chablis for CHF 13.00 each. Starters: Salade verte at 11:00 without any garnish, served in a small bowl, fresh and excellent salad dressing and a slice of fried foie gras at 20:00, carelessly garnished with two dollops of sauce and a piece of brioche, was good. Main courses: 150 g entrecôte at 39.00, served with Café de Paris and vegetables and thin fries. The vegetables consisted of a floret of broccoli and half a completely overcooked baby carrot. The set was completely missing. Entrecôte cru 250 g at 89.00, also with the same side dishes. The difference between the two pieces of meat is minimal and with the cru you still have to cut away about 50 g of fat. A glass of red wine each (small selection of open red wines) at 7 p.m. each! Dessert: 1 time of creme brulée at 3 p.m., about 3 tablespoons, was good, but not special, 1 time of poire “belle Helene” at 2 p.m. came in a coupe glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, half a cooked pear cut into pieces, chocolate sauce and two dollops of whipped cream. This dessert also came out of the cooler quickly and ready (except for the cream from the can). The pear was so cold that you had to hold it in your mouth and the chocolate was so cold that you had to cut it off. Two wrapped sugars and two café creams came to the café on a small plate. Also on this plate is a wrapped biscuit. The total bill was CHF 281.00, which definitely does not correspond to the service. The idea of the brasserie is intended to appeal to a different clientele than before, but with these prices and quality, this concept will definitely not work. A pity!

I asked for the menu and the answer was that we had to wait a long time, the restaurant was empty, only 3 tables. The entrecote was very small, 42 fr too much, a cold environment with a very small salad and 2 slices of bread. We only had something to drink before I can't write about the food. Everything was very good and there was a group of ladies there that makes me think that they know better than me how good the station is.
