Obwohl dieses Restaurant nicht so gut von draußen aussieht, ist das Essen etwas Unglaubliches! Einfach echte italienische Speisen. Ehrlich gesagt haben wir beste Pizza und Spaghetti Carbonara in unserem Leben gegessen!

Actually everything was good. It's just a shame I had to pay the full price even though I was there for over 2 hours. I had to wait and it only came after I called.

Es hatte so gut wie keine Gäste im MI. Trotzdem war für uns sehr langes Warten angesagt. Insgesamt waren wir 2 Stunden dort, bis wir dann endlich gehen durften. Anders kann ich es nicht beschreiben. Hier hat uns einfach gar nichts gefallen, ausser vielleicht der Vorspeise, die war wirklich sehr lecker.Die Bedienung war so ziemlich mit allem überfordert und wirkte alles andere als freundlich. Dann war die Musik viel zu laut und der Charme des Restaurants erinnerte eher an eine Bahnhofshalle.Was soll ich sagen, wir können die vielen 5 Sterne Einträge beim besten Willen nicht verstehen und werden garantiert nie mehr ins MI gehen.

Very friendly, good food and is recommended for the Basel carnival

Today we were “celebrating” my 7th birthday and I can only report positive things. It took us a little longer until everyone knew what they wanted, but our waitresses were still so friendly and always had a smile for us. We are not easy guests but you were awesome there ❤️ The food tasted really great. The burger could have been a little hotter but that didn't make it worse. The cocktails are also really nice. We will be back
