Food: In my memory, the food was always very cheese-based. I don't expect anything different in Switzerland, but it felt like everything + cheese was served x73. In my day there was a kitchen employee (V.F.) who seemed nice enough, but somehow whenever he was in the kitchen the food was particularly - er - let's call it "interesting". My guess is that this is exactly why this kitchen employee was transferred and never allowed to set foot in the kitchen again. I also always found the employees in the dishwashing area not entirely on task, said an M.C. always had strange ideas, even though he was never the boss.
Service: Also leaves something to be desired. This nurse's coffee was always very tasty, but whenever you wanted to drink coffee at lunchtime, he was asleep...
Then there was also a guy from the construction site who only ever had strange beans to choose from and you were then forced to drink them. While there were only amateur baristas there, I particularly remember one room where two people made noises like they were coming from a lumberjack's hut.
Ambiance: Of course this is simply awesome! Starting with the toilets with great landscape pictures, you can find this landscape in every room! But what really set the tone was the great conversations with every employee and guest. These conversations are really a big part of who you are today. These conversations and community are distinctive. I would like to thank everyone in this way, for every conversation and for their great patience with me. In this place one has truly found "a true Ecclesia sancta catholica" (ML, Of the Councils and Churches). I think that's exactly the secret of this cafe's success, namely being able to observe the work of the HG in each person and being able to experience a true community. This is what really gives this cafe a holy drip.

Diese Bar hat ein gutgeschultes und sehr freundliches Personal. Sie ist abends gut gefüllt und es läuft gute Musik. Man geniesst dort wirklich eine tolle Atmosphäre. Es hat eine grosse Auswahl an Drinks und die Preise, sind auch ok. Ein muss wen man in Adelboden verweilt. Top und absolut zu empfehlen.
