Danger! In this subway the manager yells at you and threatens you with a beating. I ordered a subway with pork, got one with just bacon. The manager insisted that pork fat was pork. Ditto salami (although salami is made from beef). Anyway, an employee was trying to smooth things over with me when the manager intervened. As I ignored him he shouted at me "listen to me". I yelled back that customers shouldn't be yelled at. He then came out to me and threatened to beat me. An employee was able to hold him back and he threw me out of the store.
Customer proximity is different. I hope that the Subway management will explain to this manager how to deal with customers here in the country. I also expect an apology.
A top place to have your breakfast or brunch in Bern, the breakfast bar in LOAB's ground floor, with a cosy restaurant on the 4th floor.
The food is fresh, tasty & eye-catching. The service is welcoming and efficient, the place is clean and comfortable.
A great venue for a big family brunch with a vast variety of options.
Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.
Wow this experience with the Burner restaurant 2:45 p.m. Kitchen has nothing left until 4 p.m. again hmmm ok we pay for 2 drinks a small bucket and a large bucket of ice cream over to the ice cream sorry only have 2 types left hmm ok saleswoman what do you have paid once small once large she no the other said 2 times small otherwise they have to show me the receipt, hello you communicate with each other hmmm slowly annoyed the other comes I told you once small once large no you didn't ok the other went depressed Away Bravo, it would have worked better in the Congo, keep it up!
After the experience in the Igloo (super experience, food very good), it was the second time on the rooftop in winter.
Waiting times for drinks from the bar are very long, you are warned when you first order a drink, so I don't fully understand the concept.....Team not yet well-trained (only open since June 13th) Food didn't come for everyone at the same time, although You then offered it (great gesture)
The view and ambience are top
Food is good but no wow factor
The price is rather expensive, despite the special ingredients, but not everyone likes them.
This was my third time on the rooftop (second time in the igloo). The topic of “Japan” is fundamentally exciting and something different.
We hadn't planned enough noodles (more precisely, a small bowl of ramen). Although you have to make a reservation in advance and the number of guests is known, the distribution among the igloos is not correct. Staff changed again, one or two young people were a bit cheeky/indifferent on the way and The service is not commensurate with the price of CHF 94. The quality of the food is like in summer, but the price doesn't really match.
It's a shame, the concept and the ambience would invite further visits.........
Eating without a menu. There is a menu, the boss himself explains the desired number of courses and the guest can choose the wine from the shop themselves or get advice. This is only possible in the evenings on Thursdays and Fridays
