L'endroit ne dispose en effet que d'une seule table (pour plus de table, il suffit d'aller chez Meyers, même endroit, même chef) installée derrière une verrière et dont la vue donne directement sur la cuisine du chef Cochet qui recoit ses invités avec simplicité (bien que le cadre soit raffiné) et leur transmet sa passion pour la cuisine en venant, à chaque plat (huit en tout), expliquer sa démarche et l'histoire de son menu qu'il réinvente à chaque fois pour les chanceux clients de la bulle. Un menu surprise à fois raffiné, inventif, original et cohérent. Le chef cochet nous offre dans sa bulle un voyage culinaire exceptionnel dont on ressort comme d'un rêve. Merci pour ce moment d'exception. Un vrai bijou pour les papilles et pour le coeur.
