Simple and quiet place with very friendly cuisine and good cappuccino

Wir waren an einem Abend hier. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, Live-Klaviermusik. Das Essen sieht fantastisch aus. Wir hatten das Tiramisu, da wir zu Abend gegessen hatten, bevor wir hierher kamen, und es war lecker.

Wir haben an diesem Wochenende zwei mal im Restaurant "Avenue Montage" essen dürfen, wobei wir am ersten Abend an einem Event teilnahmen und die Speisen in Form eines Buffet gereicht wurden. Das Restaurant wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert und strahlt ein Wohlfühlambiente aus, was zur Schweiz passt. Das Buffet war von exzellenter Qualität und hat uns ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Es war alles auf den Punkt, was bei Buffets eher selten ist.Am zweiten Abend speisten wir von der Abendkarte und hätten uns wohl doch nicht für den Fisch entscheiden sollen, da offensichtlich der Schwerpunkt auf Fleischgerichten liegt. Zumindest der servierte Wolfsbarsch in Salzkruste steckte voll mit Gräten auf dem Teller, was wohl auch der Service am Tisch "nicht in den Griff bekam". Ansonsten war es ein schmackhaftes Essen und es war ein angenehmer Abend.

Was there on January 20th, 2024 with my two granddaughters. Everyone was super nice & friendly. The receptionist was super nice and checked twice to see how satisfied we were. Can really recommend. See you next time [from Germany].

2nd stay and still delighted with the hotel. Attentive but relaxed staff. Amazing spa area. Attention to detail, a true 5 star. Small downside for the half board, the meal was not up to par with the rest for me
