An irresistible symbiosis Then a broccoli/lemon soup with a homemade meat donut. A real culinary delight… The staff member who was there also served a mixed salad The main course was beautifully arranged with mashed potatoes, a beef ragoût with a fantastic red wine sauce and a “game garnish” and braised lettuce. The penultimate course was served with spicy cheese wedges (soft and semi-hard cheese), nuts, dried fruits and fresh bread. The crowning finale was a chocolate mousse and a berry coulis and a coffee!
