I have been a customer since they opened and apart from the fact that the quality is no longer the same compared to the beginning, I would especially point out that this is the 3rd time where I am 2 hours late with delivery. I'm trying to call them to find out where my order is because I ordered at 11:20 a.m. for delivery at 12 p.m., it's 2:35 p.m. I never received anything and not a warning call, nothing, shameful. I've been trying to contact him since 1 p.m. but no one answers the phone!!! We can read in a comment that they always answer the phone, the joke! Too bad I can't post pictures to show you my 15 calls or I never received a response. Me who recommended them to those around me, it's over! ASHAMED

Equipment is poorly maintained. I think there are nicer, quieter places on the lake. Overall - overrated.

Proud to be a Carouge and Italian merchant, to live a culinary experience of this quality. Everything was perfect, the service, the location, and above all the cuisine, hence a trip to Italy during the lunch break on a sunny Saturday. Well done

The employees are often nonchalant, the few times I have been there, very few choices for breakfast. (And not the best price/quality level) Abusive prices such as e.g. the “delices” of a ridiculous size and more than 4chf

It's a chain but the sandwiches are among the best in Geneva
