The waiter farted in my face and when I pointed it out to him he responded with a shut up. He then spat in my taco in front of me and forced me to finish it. I don't recommend at all

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. CARAFE OF WATER SCAM FOR 6 CHF and DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE. Following a reservation with La Fourchette, we went to taste this Lebanese. 1. Endless waiting: After ordering and waiting for 1 HOUR (dishes which are normally ready in 5 minutes), we asked the boss for the status of the order, and received an unpleasant response from him. 2. Unpleasant service: in every interaction with the boss, he was very cold and nonchalant even though we had come with enthusiasm to have a good time. 3. Carafe of water at 6chf: the boss charged us for a carafe of water at 6chf, under the pretext that a bottle of water costs 10chf basic. This amount was added orally at the time of payment. When we told him that this was not right of him, he lost his temper and became even more aggressive. 4. Quality of food: We were looking forward to eating Lebanese, but none of the dishes were good for the price paid. The chicken was not fully cooked, a great lack of hygiene. We were aware that booking with La Fourchette means that quantities are often reduced, but a restaurant that wants to advertise itself should treat all its customers equally and ensure that they come back. This boss was rude and aggressive towards customers even though we were friendly to him the whole time. Very disappointing restaurant.

I went there in September 2023 and everything was very good....I'm going back tomorrow evening, so March 31, 2024, and I'm looking forward to being there....Fondue au Top.Louis Chelli

To begin with, the music is much too loud during a meal and the sound is poor quality, the musical choice totally inappropriate (for our taste.. French variety from the 80's...Jeanne Mas, Niagara etc. help) we were able to talk about it on the way out after the meal because during the meal we couldn't hear each other chat, we had to turn on the lights on our phones to read the menu (!)… the service ok but nothing more, atmosphere for tanned people in afterwok, ah and culinary? It's OK but nothing crazy either for the price (an arm). And finally the toilets were dirty.

Really sorry but I recommend you 1000 times to go elsewhere for the meat 🥩 you don't know where it comes from and the service wasn't a very bad experience for me la bha in any case I wouldn't come and give them a single penny and I would like to to say it's a room, it's not really welcoming, I recommend a thousand times more another kebap

Terrible restaurant - simple thaï dishes are tasteless and recently had a dish that was pretty much inedible. Despite bringing this to the attention of the manager, she did not offer to taste the food, but preferred to defend her cooking. Terrible! Go elsewhere

A neighborhood café that pampers its regulars, as well as new customers. I went there for 1 p.m. having reserved with the fork the waitress informed me that the dish of the day is not available with my reservation and that if I want the dish of the day I must cancel my reservation (which I understand perfectly after his explanation of which I will say no more). Finally I decide to have a meal a la carte. Hearty and very good mixed salad. Entrecôte cooked properly and very good accompaniment. On arrival the bill was a very good surprise, I ate very well I was served very well (always with a smile). I will come back there happily.

The restaurant is nice. Good discovery. picanha is good with the full platter formula or just with the basic accompaniments. The service is OK but you can hear a lot of noise between the service and the kitchen shouting orders. Otherwise the prices are fair with takeaway pizzas. The map is not huge but sufficient. To try if you like picanha in any case 😊

⚠ Although the Hotel is self-declared "Dog Friendly" on their website, this is not the case!! You cannot eat in the lunch room or in the Olivo with your 4-legged companion. The reception at the concierge desk on the evening of 01/25 at 7 p.m. by a man of average height, overweight and Arabic-speaking, was very unpleasant, even rude. Same story at the entrance to Olivo. The lady at reception was also haughty, hiding behind the “no dogs allowed” sign to make me understand that dogs are not allowed. 😐 So the hotel is "Dog-Friendly" if you leave your dog alone in the room. ABE. We were offered to eat at the bar, I had to force myself to get the Olivo menu and be served at the bar. At the Bar, a big BRAVO to Megan who saved our evening with her excellent service, her smile and her good humor. I ordered the veal confit for 8 hours, it arrived lukewarm as did the mash, good in taste but not pleasant to eat. Same for vegetables and steak sauce. My first experience at Olivo wasn't great but this second one was even worse. So neither I recommend nor I return.

Ideal place to go to dinner with friends or as a couple, with a magnificent view of the Geneva jet d'eau, the blackboard recommendation is incredible and of the day, I recommend it 100%, the place is relaxing to then continue walking or simply going home. Excellent .

Our favorite Thai restaurant in Geneva, we have dinner there very often. The shrimp pad thaï and curries are awesome, especially the red one! Prices are low for Geneva. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend!
