Beautiful hotel with a wide range of offerings. Very nice staff. The vegan offering in the Twist restaurant is varied and very fine. Sustainability is very important in this hotel, which we found excellent. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. We'll definitely be back.
A cozy restaurant (small but nice) with a great view and courteous service. The barley soup we ate was delicious and the portion was generous. Thank you
Very nice hotel, with a very welcoming and smiling butler. He gave us good advice on the activities we wanted to do. The room was typical and pretty. Very clean. Unfortunately there is no longer a restaurant part. Parking was free. And the hearty breakfast, with a magnificent view. We enjoyed our little weekend, thank you.
We had a lovely dinner at the Restaurant, the food was very tasteful, Alessia ( Alisia) our waitress was very friendly, fun and charming. We got a tiny little table, that was the only negative thing- if you are tall tell them when you make the reservation. ☺️
Thank you very much for the exceptionally great hospitality! Top service, warm hostess, attentive staff, very good food and a top wine list! We'll be back 😉
It was a wonderful holiday, with great service. I was there to ski. You have to drive to the ski area as it was too far for me to walk.
Very friendly hosts!!!
We have stayed at the ZEGG Hotels in Samnaun on several occasions in the past and have now unfortunately discovered that the price/performance ratio at the Hotel Chalet Silvretta Hotel & Spa is no longer right. We're talking about a 4 star hotel here!
Our room was very noisy, so that from our bedroom in the Penthouse Suite next door you could tell whether the gentleman was using the toilet as a "urinal" or "normally" and whether he had washed his hands afterwards or not. Children's voices and dogs barking for hours could be heard every evening; Unfortunately, calls to reception didn't bring anything. The showers in the room worked when not all other guests were showering, otherwise you only have cold water. Small detail: The reception also didn't care about clothes hangers that had nails sticking out and piercing the clothes.
The kitchen itself has good quality products, what was cooked with it was nothing out of the ordinary, sometimes the description only partially matched what was brought or the food was cold. The service staff tried hard, but had no table assignment, so one asked something, the second asked the same thing again, the third brought something and in the end only half of what was ordered arrived. The whole thing was rounded off by tablecloths that had the same stains for a week, broken table chairs that scratched the parquet and spider webs that decorated the ceiling in the restaurant.
Conclusion: The service makes an effort, but they can't manage it, the receptionist (boss) neither makes an effort nor does she accommodate a few customer requests. Unfortunately, an absolute NO GO for a four-star hotel with such prices. We cannot and will no longer recommend the hotel, but rather warn against it!
The best place to experience relaxation and enjoyment after a hike. Delicious cheese and sausage specialties in an open-air seating area surrounded by tall trees. The best recommendation for the summer season.
To everyone who hasn't had this experience yet, grab your loved one and experience a fondue in an igloo. You will then experience how the heat from within melts the ice :-). Simply brilliant, service top, food amazing... I'll be back THANK YOU!!
Thai food at the Gasthaus Post in Sils im Domleschg is a real treat! The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, so there is something for every taste. The dishes are prepared from fresh ingredients and lovingly decorated. The papaya salad and green curry were particularly delicious! The service was nice, attentive and professional. It is recommended to reserve in advance!
