The worst experience of staying in the “hotel” in Switzerland. People are rude, the concept of hospitality is 0! We ran away from there with the feeling like never come back .. though nature is beautiful around that creepy place .

I would have liked to give more stars... (-) An absolute NO GO for me is unequal treatment, which is reported here: Apparently guests who appear foreign are treated badly. As a Swiss citizen, I do not tolerate such discrimination - these are fellow residents in our country! Like everyone else, they have respect, appreciation and impeccable services too good for their money! Racism is not only shameful for us fellow Swiss, it is also against the law. (+) the location is a dream so beautiful (+) you can go swimming directly in the lake... (+) the fries are tasty (although unevenly seasoned) (+) Burger big and tasty, but nothing special (-) Had to wait 30' during normal operation (2x hamburger, 1x crispy, 1x fries) (-) Knsuperli way too much oil left on it

Price performance is poor, service is sometimes friendly. 12.50 CHF for a children's plate with three chicken nuggets made of pressed cardboard and what felt like 10 fries... Soup for 11.00 CHF tasted good, the portion was tiny, bread in cling film was thrown on the table... if you drive 30 minutes further, you are in Austria.....

I went shopping with my family today and treated ourselves to a little break in the Cafe Lounge. My daughter was playing with the toy horses that were there. At the end the bill came and we were simply charged 2.- for the children's pony. I think this is a disgrace, it isn't written anywhere and it wasn't pointed out to anyone. I think the second option is justified if you don't consume anything, but certainly not if you consume something there.

Service mies, schlechte Qualität (besonders Poulet), Thai Gerichte sind nicht authentisch. Hier kann man höchstens in der Sonne sitzen und etwas trinken.

As soon as you drive into the parking lot, you will be photographed and chased away. Nobody should go to a restaurant like that. A few hundred meters further down you will find a hospitable and very fine restaurant.

At the beginning I was suicidal because I could no longer cope with the pain and my ADHD. Ms.Dr. Kranzusch is the best, most patient and most empathetic psychiatrist I have ever met, in my opinion she should be the senior doctor in the house....not to be compared with the current senior doctor whose conceit and arrogance you can sense from a hundred meters away (he's the woodblocks at the doors and chasing away the unofficial monastery cats more important than his patients, that's just my opinion) The nursing staff are extremely friendly and respond very well to the needs of the patients, although I find it unbelievable that they don't already have broken nerves in this industry, especially Ms. Wittwer, who has been working in the industry for 40 years... ...I think nurses should have twice as many vacation days as other industries. The location is also a dream in the middle of the Swiss mountains...but the facility's gardens are also top-notch. Well for the first time in a decade I can finally feel joy again and I'm glad I didn't use Exit last year and after 20 years of searching I can finally call myself cured and can finally live a life with quality of life. The kitchen is also excellent as are the therapy options with the therapists. All in all, I can only say, THANK YOU for giving me the strength to carry on. God bless you. After more than two weeks and the seller's attention, the ice creams were thawed in two freezers and then refrozen after being softened. Deformed and iced up, just plain bad.
