Birra buonissima, staff gentilissimo!

Everything completely perfect! Eliana's welcome was very warm and we even received an upgrade. She is the good soul of the house with lots of helpful tips for your stay. The location is quiet and close to the old town. The apartment with balcony is spacious, functional and tastefully furnished, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The indoor pool is large and the water is pleasantly warm. Highly recommended.

They don't accept dogs! Terrible! contact us by email asking specifically if they accept dogs. They responded by telling us the price. So we write again to book requesting the dog question. They didn't answer, so we called and... "no no, no dogs"... but let's go rat! Null service

I came on the evening of December 25th and ordered a prosecco, I like it. I didn't even have time to touch the glass when one of your loyal customers threw himself at me and was very aggressive. He tried to hit me but I managed to escape. I won't file a police report but I will never return to Ticino again. I should become an animal like your friend. Apparently he is known and can do what he wants without consequences... he can. Welcome to Chiasso....... I think it's called cero, I know something similar.

Annoyed colleague, locally opened and he slept sitting up. Apparently it annoyed him to give us something, to answer questions, but he still set the table, he slowly became friendlier, when it came to the bill he wanted us to pay together, the other thing seemed to be annoying again. Please note, it is not a bar, it is a restaurant.

Calling that mass of very low quality ingredients that they serve pizza is truly blasphemy. Terrible management, a shame because the place overall could also be nice.
