We have been guests in Grächen for many years and really appreciate the Hannighüsli.
We learned about the new concept with great skepticism. Fortunately, during our visit we were able to see that the Hannighüsli was being run as before.
We really appreciate the beautiful view and the good food. Above all, the employees, some of whom have been with us for many years, are great!
We were there a few times with our children.
We'd love to come back!

A real, very welcoming, super nice village "bistro" with a pretty little terrace, parking, and daily specials, evening catering, and a crazy, smiling and very friendly owner, every Saturday evening karaoke atmosphere guaranteed

Very nice bar. Typical village atmosphere. The bar is well appointed and there is a small terrace. Inside there is a very large bar which takes up most of the space but is very pretty. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is good. In terms of parking it's a bit complicated but looking around found it.
The owner is a tragedy... he rents rooms to employees from Poland and treats them with disrespect.
He inflates rent bills, orders cleaning before leaving the room and serves expired products.
I do not recommend
The paella was excellent, but the experience was unfortunately a little tarnished by the lack of experience of the people serving and the very industrial side of the place.
The waitress is great, very friendly, helpful, professional, smiling, loving to chat with customers... which is very important especially at the moment when we are experiencing complicated situations
We leave with a smile and the desire to come back. Thank you for this beautiful sharing
Open the door at 6 p.m. and light the barbecue. 15min preheating for the barbecue. So 20min for the first kebab. For 5 other kebabs, you have to wait again, so almost 20 minutes of waiting for everything. Better to arrive at 6:30 p.m., it was too long for us. More kebab stands are opening and ready.

Very lovely and great service from the man serving our table , top notch!
Though the food was really not good. I did not even finish the tapas dishes ,and I never leave food! The tartar was ok, but ice cream on top which totally destroyed it. And then octopus tacos, flavors divorced each other and also the 3 tapas as well with homemade pasta, so so not good. And very expensive for tiny tapas
I have eaten I many tapas restaurants and even lived in Mallorca during longer time.
And this was nice looking to the eyes ,but taste really bad , not to recommend for the food. But nice service
