Will stop at the end of this year after more than twenty years. It was a very good address.

Unfortunately, we became ill on the Wednesday before our arrival on Sunday and wanted to cancel our stay or postpone it in exchange for a voucher. We were told that this would only be possible 10 days before arrival or with travel insurance against a doctor's note. So we started our stay sick anyway. The Hotel Zurbriggen was not clean, many things, such as the floor glass in the hallway, were slightly broken. The light does not work everywhere. It had broken light bulbs that hadn't been replaced, etc. The whirlpool wall was yellowish dirty. The spa area is rather sparse and not everything was accessible as described on the website. 2 whirlpools were completely closed. The massages we booked were quite okay. Anyone who is used to luxury and 5 star hotels will not be happy in this hotel. The food was good, although the buffet is rather sparse. The breakfast, however, was very good. I would like to give the hotel a better rating, but unfortunately that is not possible. The staff is nice, unfortunately the waiters didn't serve you very well, but rather very curtly and you didn't feel completely comfortable or taken very seriously. You had to pay 8 CHF per jug ​​for water for dinner, not that it was branded water, but rather jugs that were specially filled. This is a rip off! Using the spa area after checking out costs 25 CHF per person, but I've paid less or nothing in better hotels.

Bella Vista is a charming family owned property. The staff are wonderful, the breakfasts hearty - with freshly baked breads - and the location is perfect. Definitely go for a Matterhorn view room. The spa is large and well served with sauna, relaxation area, infrared sauna chairs and massage appointments available (their Swedish masseuse is terrific). There are many hotel options in Zermatt - too many really - but Bella Vista is a great choice!

The spicy burrito was simply delicious. Would love to come back.

Small, quiet hotel with completely renovated rooms.

We were once again completely thrilled with the Waldhaus! A really delicious fondue, chinoise, a very tasty burger and for my wife a delicious veggie burger. Served personally by the boss, we didn't want for anything. A truly fantastic experience, we will certainly come back.

This is an address without a false note, everything is friendly and friendly, the cuisine is delicious and varied, vegetarian too. Never disappointed, always delighted, thank you very much.

As always, friendly and warm, really familiar. Rooms nice and spacious "Top". Excellent cuisine, as they say...the boss is in the kitchen and cooks personally. The Hotel Gädi is definitely recommended.

The bartender Ali is exceptional and makes us visit him every time we come to Zermatt.

This restaurant is a family run place and I really loved it. The family is very friendly. The owner, who is also the chef really outdid himself, the food is amazing. The fish is fresh and the ingredients are of good quality. Perfect atmosphere for a date night!

Hello lovers of excellent fork, today, Friday December 15 at noon, the chef had no luck with the beef on the daily special at CHF 34.-. Indeed, very good work on the starter, on the other hand the main course with its beef 🐂 a little too stringy but very tender all the same. So 4 stars 🌟, the dessert always wonderful. I recommend 100% because the mistake was in the meat, we are still human, there is no harm. Exceptional sauces and so on...

Nice bar, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The attention was excellent. And what we consumed was delicious! I will be back!
