Very good meal, very good service, but everything is hidden by a stingy and dishonest boss who does not know how to read his loyalty card conditions and prefers to take out 6 (hello respect for the environment) rather than put in the voucher number of buffers on a single card
The setting is rather pretty, the food not exceptional but good. They are in the gourmet passport but do not accept your reservation if the weather is nice (even if there is space).

I ordered a vodka tartare, thinking that it was going to be prepared by the chef... They brought me a tartare with a glass of vodka on the side.
Reception (staff) very unprofessional. Unbearable for a 4 star hotel. Ordered a junior suite on the 5th floor, got a small storage room on the 2nd floor, room 212. Breakfast buffet was unreasonable. (Not even a small gift on Easter Sunday.) We knew the hotel about 20 years ago. An oasis of well-being. Who defaced the great hotel like this???
No compensation for various misunderstandings at reception.
