The hospitality of this service is incredible. The detail of this hotel make me want to come back to Lucerne and enjoy more of it! The front desk, the room, the bartender everything! Absolutely recommend! Lovely! We received small candies, chocolate, free drink vouchers, shampoo and body gel are enclosed in a small gift bag, it was so cute. My wife said little things is what matters the most, and Hotel des Balance did justice to that. Brillant!

I would also like to give full marks. The three of us enjoyed the cheese fondue here. We were made aware that the smaller portions offered are usually sufficient. That's how it was! With beer and wine we had to pay 95 CHF. A good price-performance ratio, very tasty fondue, great ambience and very friendly service. Thank you!

This is simply the best burger you can find. It is juicy, comes with great sauces and customizable. I tasted cumin and sage in my burger. Not sure whether it was in the sauce or in the meat, but it was very very nice. You have option to take single or double burger. I had single and it was enough. Double might be very messy to eat.

Perfect place (not only) for business travelers. I felt very comfortable. You have the feeling of being perceived individually as a guest. Very nice rooms, at least the renovated ones ;-) I really enjoyed being here, but unfortunately I will no longer be coming to Switzerland for work in the future. All the best to you, Team Cross!
