Hier kann man sehr gute Pouletknusperli essen. Die Knusperli sind selber paniert mit Cornflakes und schmecken super. Auch die Salate dazu sind hervorragend.

The hospitality of this service is incredible. The detail of this hotel make me want to come back to Lucerne and enjoy more of it! The front desk, the room, the bartender everything! Absolutely recommend! Lovely! We received small candies, chocolate, free drink vouchers, shampoo and body gel are enclosed in a small gift bag, it was so cute. My wife said little things is what matters the most, and Hotel des Balance did justice to that. Brillant!

I would also like to give full marks. The three of us enjoyed the cheese fondue here. We were made aware that the smaller portions offered are usually sufficient. That's how it was! With beer and wine we had to pay 95 CHF. A good price-performance ratio, very tasty fondue, great ambience and very friendly service. Thank you!

Very friendly staff, excellent “Gothard” fondue (pure Vacherin with white wine), friendly atmosphere, we will come back.
