Spontaneous, wonderful dinner in a relaxed environment, friendly and uncomplicated service, all in all a perfect Saturday evening. And the best thing about it - we didn't know anything about it and by chance came across Dave Wälti, who had already put a satisfied smile on people's faces at the Eisblume in Worb!

Super Service. Very accommodating drinks were refilled automatically. Modern kitchen. Greetings from the kitchen were offered.

200g beef entrecote exactly á point, buttery tender, classic béarnaise sauce and Bernese fries. WOW. This was some of the best I had eaten in a long time. The service was attentive and professional, very pleasant. And it's the many little details that make this restaurant special: for example, the dried orange slices, half covered in chocolate, with the excellent burnt cream. Next time I will try something from the very extensive sushi menu for starters. I'm already looking forward to it today!
