A quick trip to the Internet to search for "free labor", "unpaid work" and "user-generated content" will give you an idea of these practices among consumers who are promised to become testers. They say "if it's free, you're the product", but the only free thing that was discussed in my relationship with Zweifel was my participation in their market research. Faced with the problem, their reaction was defensive but/and therefore unconvincing.
