6/5 stars to the friendly saleswoman from the women's clothing department yesterday afternoon! I was greeted by Mrs. M.M. – if I remember her name correctly – super competent advice! She took a lot of time for the consultation and addressed all of my wishes. I haven't had a shopping experience that made me laugh so much in a long time. Thank you very much for that! 🤗

Here, too, they cannot manage to put together an order correctly on site. By this I mean explicitly, as well as in general with fast food chains, that (for example) additional sauces, which usually only cost 0.30 CHF in Switzerland, are "given/delivered". The service staff should not just skim the receipt but also take an effective look at it. I find it incredibly stressful to have to check an order afterwards "almost every time".

Fui cliente habitual de Edwards hasta hoy. El servicio en Eaux Vives fue un desastre. Pedí solo 2 bagels simples para llevar, inmediatamente se me pidió que fuera al cajero y los corté y tostamos. Cuando dije que quería que no se cortaran y no se tostaran, literalmente me gritaron y me dijeron que siempre lo hacen así y muchas otras cosas bastante maleducadas. Y también agregó que trabajó allí durante 7 años y que nunca me había visto antes: como si le diera el derecho de gritarme y no simplemente admitir el error. Qué lástima.

I was left speechless this morning when faced with a "saleswoman" who couldn't tell me if the chocolate bars contained hazelnuts (I'm allergic). I ask him if it's praline or black? Madame answers me: I don't know, I don't eat it... I kindly point out to her that it's part of her job to be able to answer this VERY basic question from a customer... To be safe, I left with a croissant (mediocre quality by the way.) Next time, I will go to the coop.

I order at 10:18 p.m. I'm told the order is ready at 10:27 p.m. and it's 11:11 p.m. I still haven't received anything. Obviously no response because the restaurant has already been closed since 10:45 p.m.! I don't know if I will receive my order but I am dismayed because even if it arrives it will surely be cold given that the order has already been ready for almost 45 minutes!!!!!! Scandalous.!!! I hope to get a refund and not another one of their stupid flyers with 10% on the next order!!!! I'm shocked, I don't understand how a company that earns so much money can't optimize its delivery and services, which should be part of their priority along with the quality of the food!!!!!!
