Typical Lebanese/Middle Eastern restaurant. Doesn't exactly hit the flavor notes you would expect from a Lebanese Taouk or shawerma sandwich but at least the ingredients are correct. The owners are really nice and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit for a reasonably priced dinner.

Everything is super good! The prices are relatively good, except for the spring rolls which are very small and cost way too much (9CHF) for the 4 bites they represent.

Had a nice dinner with my Partner at Sternen Grill. Had the classic Bradwurst which was nice. What I did not appreciate was the fact that once I went to pay the Bill a waiter (russian speaker, blonde, male) who was serving us decided to speak to my partner and ask her if she was in a relationship. After she answered yes that she was in a happy relationship, he decided to mention that she should come to the restaurant alone and he would give her a present which she declined. I think it is extremely unprofessional behaviour and also quite wierd behaviour to make such comments in a service industry job. I thoroughly regret tipping 10% and will definitively not be returning. This is how you loose customers due to behaviours of waiting staff I hope he gets reprimanded.

In my opinion the best burger in Basel. I can recommend the Big Lebowski. The price is a bit high but still acceptable.

The chicken is very delicious and the customer service is good. But the prices are higher than I expected and saw in the menu photos before coming. Really the prices in Switzerland are not for the Spanish pocket. If you want bottled water, you have to mention it, if not they bring you filtered tap water for free.
