I've been there several times on business and it would be nice... unfortunately currently closed because cashless and card terminals don't work. Writing to the room doesn't work either. Bar at reception is also closed... a bit difficult to understand.

The last pizza delivered was paid for twice (due to no change). Then radio silence. Now Mr. Kanagalingam only delivers if I order 5 pizzas directly. (I never did.) Mr. Kanagalingam also got a generous shot of Jack Daniels from me the last few times.

The number of VEG VEG days is scandalous! WAY AWAY with VEG VEG

The rooms are old, small, not worn out, functional, but not comfortable. If you want to order something, you can only do so in English. At breakfast, an English-speaking gentleman makes sure that everyone clears up their own service. Breakfast is ready at 0930, and the gentleman watches over it carefully. Conclusion, the price-performance ratio is not right - do not recommend this residence

very friendly service and a wonderful cappuccino. Well-sunny terrace and direct view of the slopes. If you consider that the entire infrastructure has to be dismantled again at the end of the season, what has been offered is a remarkable achievement!

Beautiful place surrounded by flowers. There's hardly a better way to enjoy the old town than sitting at one of the small tables with one of the best Greek coffees you can get in Bern 😍

The food is very fine and a nice restaurant

This is not a cafeteria, it just has a coffee machine (which is often empty) and a snack machine (which also often malfunctions).

Went to the self-service restaurant at 11.45 to order and buy a sandwich. I am told it will be ready in an hour. Not even a deserved star

Although the food was good, we had to wait 2 hours for our food. People who came 1 hour after us got their food including appetizer before we even received the appetizer. Unfortunately I will avoid this restaurant in the future.
