Perfect for train travelers, right opposite Bellinzona train station!

We went there after seeing the reviews. It doesn't look much from the outside and it's not very well placed...but the decor of the place quickly makes us forget all that. Excellent food and very reasonable prices! We were well received and even had free limoncellos. Thank you so much!

I have always ordered from you for some time and have always appreciated the quality of the food. However, the last three times the order has arrived cold and, unfortunately, the latest episode occurred yesterday. I decided to pick up the kebab on the spot but, upon arriving home just two minutes later, I realized that it was still cold. Also, I must report that after consuming the meal, I did not feel well.

Ordering process on the website fails. Where should you choose the shipping method?!

Ultimo time! I hope this message finds you well. I recently dined at your establishment. And unfortunately, the experience has left a lasting impression. It has been two weeks since my visit, yet I still find myself reminded of the disappointing experience. The ‘ravioli alla carbonara’ lacked the traditional guanciale. Altering its taste, could be interesting but, the ravioli filled with pulled pork was dry, cold and flavourless. The dough of the ravioli was to think. Due to this partly uncooked. When I inquired about the absence of guanciale, the waitress looked at me like I talked about a magical spell. She had to consult with her manager, who appeared disinterested. Sat in the back of the restaurant during the dinner while the staff worked tirelessly. The unfriendly response of the manager/owner and uninspired service left me feeling unwelcome. He came back to show me a piece of guanciale that didn’t look at all compared to the product on my plate. I was clearly beacon. I had my picture examined by an Italian chef from Rome where the pasta carbonara originated from. Despite the time that has passed, the memory of this experience lingers, I felt compelled to share this feedback with you in the hopes of highlighting areas for improvement. It is overpriced and I regretted to spend my money here.
