Just disappointed. On line says it’s open at 8:00. No hours posted on window and dark @ 8:15. Off to find an open coffee shop. Please update on line hours so others don’t make same mistake.

Every time we visit Basel we go here for the best burgers in town! The meat and the extras are always so tasty and of the best quality. Strongly recommended!!!

After a disastrous visit to the bistro at the Rhine Falls (literally a Rhine Falls), still a joyful experience in Schaffhausen. Super comfortable armchairs, very friendly service and black tobacco on offer. Also very nicely located and I'm looking forward to visiting the terrace when the weather is nice.

Excellent restaurant with charm with friendly operators who can always be found on site :-) The food is great, the atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly and attentive. All in all a great experience and see you again soon :-)

Very friendly, authentic and clean. A rustic hotel 🌟 with a very nice breakfast. Homemade Nutella is a must to try. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

I have enjoyed ordering for the last 1.5 years until today. Unfortunately the dessert was not available. I wanted to do without it, but it wasn't possible and I had to take one (9.-.) For me, I would have given up on it too. Unfortunately the replacement 2x Vanilia balls were not delivered either. Unfortunately, this was only noticed afterwards. After I called on site, no one was really interested. Well then, nice business, but no longer with me. Sad about that... You used to be top, even 5 stars. Now you're not even worth a shadow of a star. Have a good time everyone. This from a long time customer! PS Stay away!!!

Food is always freshly made, staff is very friendly and they have an indoor and outdoor place. They always have vegetarian and non vegetarian menu with a possibility of having one of their great cream soups:) Great place to spend a lunch time at:)

...we have been in Toggenburg in the January weeks for decades - here for the first time!?!? Great, peaceful, brilliantly fine and friendly❣️ ...it's a shame, didn't we discover the Freihof earlier!?!?
