Teníamos un paquete gastronómico reservado. Teníamos la opción para cada campo entre 3 opciones diferentes. Cada campo se hizo con mucha atención a los detalles y nos dieron una excelente degustación experiencia. La única cosa que yo diría que fue un poco decepcionante eran los postres.El desayuno en la mañana era muy bueno también

Tartare de boeuf très bon avec toste et frite ..un steak de boeuf sur ardoise servit avec 3 sauce frite et salade

Am liebsten nehme ich am Abend ein Rinds-Tatar. Die Pommes sind sehr knusprig und mit einem leckeren Gewürz abgeschmeckt. Die französische Salatsauce ist hausgemacht und die Salate frisch zubereitet. Sie haben nur Schweizer-Fleisch. Die Atmospäre (besonders jetzt in den Sommerferien) ist, als wäre man selbst in den Ferien. Das Personal ist sehr familiär und freundlich!

Lovely restaurant above Basel - perfect for a quick getaway at the weekend. Nice view and great food. I had the piemontese tartar which was outstanding - great simple ingredients without all the sauces etc. Nice place with kids - they have a slide plus a coin operated horse and Tractor (bring 1 chf coins). Plus the Spielwiese is a 5min walk away. We enjoyed our food and some wine while the kids played which was fab. If you are without kids - just ask for a table away from the slide! Service was attentive and friendly. No complaints at all!

Ich bin Vegetarierin und achte sehr auf eine ausgewogene und gesunde sowie biologische Ernährung. Als ich im Dorinas auf der sonnenüberströmten kleinen Terrasse die Vorspeise serviert bekam, stellte ich fest, dass ich mich im richtigen Restaurant befinde. Die Speisen waren erstens wunderschön hergerichtet und am wichtigsten natürlich, haben sie wunderbar geschmeckt. Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher Abend mit einer tollen, humorvollen Bedienung und wahnsinnig guten und liebevoll hergerichteten Speisen. Ich kann das Dorinas von Herzen an alle Gourmets und Geniesser weiterempfehlen.
