We were always going to this restaurant, and now all of a sudden, one of the waiters calls himself hero, was very rude. We ordered homemade icetea by mistake, and a customer can make a mistake, he starts teaching my boyfriend lessons about how home ice tea is ordered, that he should be more clear about how to make his orders. And then we confront him how we don't like his way, he kicks us out, and the whole time talks like we are teammates or something. Of course he (dust) me as if I am one of his colleagues, and this in German Language is very rude, and you have to wait a long time before we get service. So I wouldn't recommend it anymore, I used to but not any more.

Very friendly and courteous service. A glass that we knocked over and broke was replaced with a new drink without any problem. The food was very good. The dog is warmly welcome.

Extraordinary place, since... always! Timeless, faithful to its ideals, beautiful, good. We are already looking forward to coming back. Make no mistake, the location is great. The minus star is to be blamed on public transport (postbuses and trains) which do not deign to serve these places correctly. Canceled train stop and non-compliance with coach timetables is shameful - especially given the prices in Switzerland. This does not encourage gentle mobility, unfortunately. Whatever.
