Do not stay staff are thieves ! Totally unprofessional staff - we have very little belongings because we are supposed to be staying in saas fee but can't get back as the road is closed. We booked this hotel and whilst we were out for dinner our only belonging a phone charger was taken from our room. Later on that evening, the staff member walked into our room, unannounced again. Later, we confronted her about the charger, and she then proceeded to open a desk draw and gave it back. Absolutely unacceptable, we are lucky we did not have anything else of value. Please be aware if booking.

An order was placed on Uber Eat. This was canceled by the restaurant and I was still billed for the order. I call the restaurant to find out why my order was canceled, I am told that the basket is not "expensive enough" even though there is no minimum order amount. They tell me that they are not responsible for the money but it is they who caused this situation with the cancellation. The restaurant doesn't care about the situation and takes the blame to Uber Eat. To flee.

My girlfriend and I wanted to spend a relaxing evening with a drink, but unfortunately the waiter was very unfriendly and didn't even greet us. When I wanted to order alone and my girlfriend was still thinking about it, he put us under pressure because of the rental and labor costs, even though we wanted to order later. Hmm ich kann es echt nicht nachvollziehen das dieses Restaurant so schlechte Bewertungen hat. Ich war öfters am essen; Das essen war lecker, es kam schnell und die Bedienung war sympathisch trotz kleineren Sprachbarrieren...

Nice location on the Aare, we were here often. Unfortunately the owner has probably changed. The staff is unable to keep up with the number of visitors. We waited 25 minutes to order, then he came and wanted to take our order again. After another 15 minutes the two drinks arrived. After another 10 a sandwich and something else to eat... Conclusion: not recommended... all other restaurants on Mühliplatz are better...

Good selection of vegetarian dishes

A bit carelessly furnished. Service friendly. Coffee too hot and little taste. But the worst thing is that anyone sitting inside constantly hears the ventilation because of the fumuar and the whole restaurant smells of cigarette smoke because the dividing door to the fumuar is constantly opening and closing.

Petit restaurant sympathique à Meiringen. Les pizzas sont excellentes, le personnel très souriant et agréable. A recommander, ce serait dommage de ne pas s'y arrêter !
