Great lakeside location. I went for the sauna period in winter. Great!

Reception (staff) very unprofessional. Unbearable for a 4 star hotel. Ordered a junior suite on the 5th floor, got a small storage room on the 2nd floor, room 212. Breakfast buffet was unreasonable. (Not even a small gift on Easter Sunday.) We knew the hotel about 20 years ago. An oasis of well-being. Who defaced the great hotel like this??? No compensation for various misunderstandings at reception.

Dimanche midi et restaurant plein. Heureusement il restait une table. Les "viennent ensuite" ont du repartir. Réservation conseillée. En entrée, soupe brocolis ou salade. Tous les deux rien a redire a part "encore". Plat principal, Filets de perche (Estonie, c'est marqué sur la carte) sauce vin blanc ciboulette avec pommes allumettes. Avec quelques decis de vin blanc de Cully, on s'est régalé. Dessert, gâteau aux pommes avec boule vanille ou crême brûlé extraordinaire. Service sympa et attentionné. On y retourne souvent. Toujours bien accueilli.

Glad we found an Asian resto in Ouchy. Food was really delicious and very appetising. Crab soup was full of flavours, very nice during the cold weather. Staff were also very accommodating. Highly recommended this place if you visit Lausanne.

Excellent Italian restaurant, with Portuguese specialties

Very nice, stylishly furnished rooms with a view of the lake and mountains! The rooms were very quiet and we slept wonderfully. The staff fulfilled our every wish and were always courteous and extremely friendly. The food in the winter garden was excellent and the service was perfect. Price / offer: Very good. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the hotel.

Un bel accueil , Cette terrasse est magnifique une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman. Les plats sont bons pas trop pimenter .Le service est parfait les prix sont corrects à refaire.

Auf einer Tagestour kamen wir hier spontan vorbei. Das Essen war geschmackvoll und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Obwohl wir kein französisch sprechen, war die Bestellung beim freundlichen Service kein Problem. Gerne wieder.
