Açaí Concept Swiss Store in Lausanne

The açaí was watery but overall it wasn't bad, what was even worse was the service which was quite unfriendly.

Delicious! A little too sweet for my taste, but otherwise 10/10.

I had a plain açaí and it was very watery. The place looks like it's abandoned, no music, no atmosphere, it's changed a lot since it opened.

Very disappointed like dhab because without mentioning the exorbitant prices, we wanted to give this place another chance for the occasion of their 5th anniversary where there was 50% on an acai for loyalty card holders and it says BLACK ON WHITE that if we don't have it, we can create it on site occasionally. 15 min to order then the waiter told us “no but in fact we can’t create the menu today” So I show him the flyer and he tells me that the person who takes care of the loyalty card doesn't have the time to make them. There's nothing wrong with this place

Too bad… Overworked staff. 30min wait to be served a single and very simple small acai. Counter not very clean. They were shouting at customers and banging frantically on a bell placed on the counter to call out to customers, it wasn't very pleasant... on top of that my açaí seemed to have been frozen-thawed-frozen... in short, it seemed to have been defrosted several times. A few years ago it was better there was an unfortunate deterioration in the quality of service and product

Excellent açaí bowl with lots of fruit and granola mixed within the cup. I had the Olympic, which included kiwi, strawberries, and bananas. Highly recommend!

Too expensive in terms of quality/price, the pineapple is not ripe and poorly cut...

Too bad, in terms of quality and price… it’s expensive given the dosage! Long before being served. As for the quantities, it’s really not great. I didn't have much fruit, poorly cut and very small to reduce the dosage. Plus, it's not even ripe, so it's too firm.

Açaí very good, it takes a while to be served, the sofas very dirty, lack of cleaning, stains on everything, too bad.

Today, 03/26/23, we came to the Ouchy store and we are disappointed because it is not the first time that the saleswoman has closed the door early. I tried to call the store several times to place an order but no one answers, the service is unacceptable! I don't recommend this store to anyone!

Today I ordered an açaí and there was no fruit left and when I paid the person said there was and when I made it I said there wasn't any, they didn't add condensed milk, they just put a little bit around the glass and forgot the nest milk, instead of the fruit I asked for a little bit of chestnut, she put a lot in the middle and a lot on top, but I didn't ask for a lot or on top and finally she added milk. It ruined the açaí by adding so many nuts. There should be more employees to serve customers, especially on weekends and holidays. There is always no fruit.

To be avoided! Unpolite and unprofessional service!

We were quite disappointed about it, as it tasted like rotten blueberry. Me and my wife decided to throw it away in the end. Besides, It is also overpriced. Can not recommend this store.

It was good but very very liquid. It seemed to me that normally it's a little cooler and slightly icy? Well, it wasn't the main problem, the strawberries were fizzy because they were unfortunately better eaten and the bananas were black. I hope it was just an off day for you.

Top concept! Refreshing, healthy and great tasting. On the other hand... opening hours not respected in any way, the staff is SUPER SLOW, 1 hour wait for 5 açai..... and when we try to demonstrate our dissatisfaction, they taunt us... I'm happy to take up the concept again if you can't do it... because it would work wonderfully!

It was scheduled at open time we went to Ouchy just to buy açaí and we got there and surprise it was closed 🙄🙄

A perfect example of Brazilian culture: closed before 6pm on a Saturday, while on the closed door, shamelessly, a poster hung saying: open until 8pm. When you find it open, the açaí is delicious and, even though it's expensive, it's worth it. You just need to try your luck and find people there wanting to sell it to you!

I saw the store by chance. As I was very tired, I got something for myself. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny! Açaí sweetened my entire day! I didn't know an açaí bowl could make you so happy :D the staff was also very friendly! I would recommend it to everyone! It's a shame there aren't more of these stores in Switzerland! go take it😁

The best service from an AÇAI product, which is presented in the form of a sorbet, accompanied by the fruit of your choice. Acai is being studied for COVID19 disease. Its properties are very rich in vitamins and antioxidants. This fruit is of Brazilian origin.

great acai, BUT in the last week I tried to go twice: once they literally had nothing left by 6pm, how is this possible? no fruits, no toppings.. literally they couldn't make 1 acai type with all the elements needed. Ok, gave them the pass.. then passed another time in the same week at 5 pm and... it was closed, AT 5PM! once they say it's opened until 8... Honestly I love their acai, but having gone twice in a week and not being able to get one... time is precious and you made me waste mine twice so.. no more acai for me.

I have been there twice a week for months with my friend who likes to customize her bowl with different ingredients. As a matter of fact, EVERY single time, at least one ingredient was missing. But we loved the concept so much we kept going... Once we came, I paid my Açai first and waited outside, my friend had the chance to create an account offering 50% off the first bowl. THANKS for letting me know of this offer ?! A few days later, I saw a brochure saying "50% off if you create your customer account". I decided to create mine as well. When I paid my Açai I noticed there was no discount... when I asked why I don't get the 50% off my Açai, the waitress replied : "Ow this offer is only for our shop in Geneva" Okay, but why do you expose those brochures then? And why did my friend get the discount a few days ago? I am truly shocked.. there is no recognition for regular guests which is a shame. You will never see me again...

The acai are delicious, well done to the team! And very kind staff, thank you again. We regularly come back to Lausanne from the Jura expressly to taste these delicious açai ice creams. We need more stores that offer acai in Switzerland!

THIEF. DISHONEST. LIAR. I have a Brazilian friend who told me that there were small drinks for 5.- I saw on the card, there are 4 sizes. S. M. L. XL. Tuesday June 23, 2020. Early afternoon. To the lady. I ask him for the smallest one at 5 francs as written on the card. THE. he told me that there isn't that, and that it's only 9.- minimum 🤬😡🤬🤬😡🤬 I looked at all the prices: there is no 9.- in the menu. A scam !! I won't go back there again. And I advise you not to go there to be robbed by dishonest people!

Açaí Concept is the best Acai in Switzerland by far. I had been looking for a good Acai for years and was thrilled when they opened in Ouchy. The store is nice and pretty, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the Acai simply tastes like Brasil! Ideal after my morning run!

There is no better açaí in Switzerland! If you are Brazilian and want to miss it, this is the place!

I go at least once a week. It’s delicious and refreshing. The fruit is fresh and the team is super friendly and very generous with the portions. And it adapts to customer demand. To try in any case, I love it

It's pretty good but it's the second time I've come and they don't have Açaí. Yet it is an Açaí store.

I'm stunned to see that they don't respect opening hours! And this is not the first time. I went at 11:30 a.m. when they mentioned opening at 11:00 a.m. and at 12:00 p.m. it was not yet open. The one on the aisle is supposed to open at 10:00 a.m. and after noon it wasn't open either. So neither that of Ouchy nor that of Alle respect their customers. Not serious at all.

Friendly service, large selection of ingredients and toppings! One downside: it's a shame that even on site, the açai bowl is served in a plastic cup with a plastic spoon too... think about the planet.
