This bakery should be avoided. It's too expensive for what it offers and the staff, for example in Goßau on Bischofszellerstrasse, is very unfriendly and snippy when you talk to them about it

An exemplary bakery. We work with passion and time. This means the bread has time to work and develop aroma. We were allowed to bake with the boss and got lots of interesting tips. A great afternoon. Thank you for this time dedicated to us.

Very dissatisfied service, a roulade was purchased and it was 100% From yesterday and not fresh, (The lady said they are prepared fresh every day) But the stomach problems speak for themselves. NEVER AGAIN NO THANKS

This bakery really has a great selection. Unfortunately, I've noticed how prices have been rising a bit lately and certain products have simply become too expensive... I also love their Birchermüesli, although they recently changed the “decoration”, which I think is great! However, the second time there was a gray raspberry on top...that's not possible!! I'll soon buy from another bakery again...

Nobody has such fine pretzel croissants as the Lichtensteiger bakery. This is very nice for me since I live nearby. But it's also stupid when I eat other croissants🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks for your work!

Salt was confused with sugar in the flatbread, which shouldn't happen in a bakery.

Food is quite expensive. The quality of the schnitzel bread has fallen drastically. Real schnitzels are no longer used, only chicken schnitzels (you can taste the difference straight away). Above all, there was a baker there who always stared at me and my friends stupidly and also gossiped about us!!! I find it quite cheeky!! Never again Al Forno, there are other options in the area to get better food at a better price. The only positive thing is that the saleswoman was always friendly.

Despite repeated e-mails and telephone communications with the Lichtensteiger company, I received no reply regarding the job. I was assured in writing that we could take a look at everything, but despite 5-6 phone calls there was no further response from Mr. Lichtensteiger. I find it a shame and shameful for such a large company, as I was really looking forward to this position.
