Terrible service! Good fondue chinoise “a discretion” - only you have to wait 30 minutes for the replenishment. Waiter can't tell wine from cola and doesn't know the three sauces he serves. She only paid attention to us with the aim of selling drinks in carafes at high prices, after which we were no longer noticed! When we asked, we got the cheeky answer that there were other guests. At the end the plates were cleared away, even though we all still had a fork in the pot! Never again!

Way too loud and too few staff. Would have to wait a long time for food.

Delicious food, great service & nice atmosphere

We were in the Alphütta last night and ordered the fondue. The food, the atmosphere and the service were simply top.

Perfect off the beaten path place for fondue & raclette. We ordered the raclette for 3 people and it was perfect. They will also refill everything until you're full! Great drinks and great service. Also loved the Swiss music playing in the background. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Despite a reservation confirmed in writing, there was no table and we had to wait over an hour until a table became available. Reservation was not passed on to the restaurant by the system. Very bad organization. The free drinks at the gas station were a nice touch. Very friendly and good service on site. Unfortunately understaffed and therefore overwhelmed. Meat and cheese fondue was good. You can also make raclette from pans at home. Very loud. It's a shame about the idea, concept and location.

Ate very fine fondue. Beautiful atmosphere. Creatively decorated, small beautiful details everywhere. We were served very friendly.

What a great surprise !!!! I really recommend this restaurant. Excellent Swiss cheese fondue 🫕 very tasty. We tried 2 options , the traditional fondue which was excellent and the one with truffle. It was delicious. Very nice team and our waitress was really very friendly. Top of the top the chalet is amazing, very cosy and tastefully decorated. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Kids friendly and pets welcome. Parking outside. Thank you 😊

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday here and had a really nice evening. The food was very good and the staff excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere is also cozy! Perfect for a group and a fun evening.

Tourist trap: low quality cheese accompanied by polenta and chips (?!?), definitely has nothing to do with a Swiss raclette. To be avoided like the plague, and furthermore the gentleman who runs the place is incredibly rude, let's just say that he can only manage a hovel with plywood walls and plexiglass windows. Only the waitress who served us was saved, and I advise her to change jobs as soon as possible

Nice place were go to eat, chees fondue was great and we enjoyed raclette with all sorts of chees. Service was kinde and quite fast even with full house. We look forward to your next visit!

Not a good raklette and not a good service

Stay away from here! We got Raclette, the cheese was the worse Raclette I ever got, tasteless and gummy. We actually also tasted the raw cheese and it felt really like a cheap Mozzarella. We complained about that but nothing. Really disappointing, and the service was questionable.

The worst raclette in Switzerland, here you get fries and curry sauce with the raclette. The cheese tastes like nothing, the consistency is like melted rubber. According to the unfriendly waiter, card payment requires a 20 minute wait.

Waited an hour for food. Good bye.

Nicely located and decorated. No certificate control and severely overwhelmed service. Fondue foamy and not of high quality. Cry well.

Wonderful setup in Flims. Accessible by car with easy parking. A bit of waiting but place was also crowded. Great fondue, generous and friendly service, even in English. Great variety of fondues as well. Cheers

Three generations, we spent a wonderful evening in the Albhütte. Everything was perfect for the whole family, the food was delicious and imaginative, so several side dishes and delicious sauces were served with both the fondue and the raclette. The service is very attentive and warm and the ambience is perfect, a rustic, cozy alpine hut in the snowy forest near Lake Cauma. An unforgettable experience that cannot be missed. A big compliment to the Alphūtta team. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Beautiful location on the edge of the forest from the parking lot to Lake Cauma. With the Alphütte Flims, Dominik Huber and team have created a great location to enjoy cheese fondue, raclette or fondue chinoise. We were able to be pampered there yesterday with the whole family and can highly recommend them. Perfect for dinner after a walk through the Flims Forest or on the way back from Lake Cauma. Parking options right next to it. Well done :) an enrichment for Flims Waldhaus!
