I'm sorry to say that my recent restaurant experience did not live up to my expectations. I ordered a doner box and was disappointed with several aspects of my meal. First of all, the quality of the food was below what I expected. The dish was bland and the ingredients didn't seem fresh. The staff also seemed unattentive to customer needs. Ambiance wise, I was expecting a nicer environment which made conversation difficult. I would like to emphasize that my intention is not to discourage people from patronizing this restaurant, but rather to share my experience to help the restaurant improve. I hope steps will be taken to improve the quality of food, service and ambiance.

Overall customer service was extremely bad. Other customers were being served at tables and I was asked to come up to the counter and collect my own food.

So far I have never had such a good hot sauce at any other kebab. There are plenty of parking options nearby and the price of the food is comparatively cheap for Zurich. All in all a very good kebab.
