DISHONEST!! I'm not coming here to judge their work, but I can tell you about their human "qualities"... By accident, I left a bag on the station platform, a kind person kindly gave it to the bakery, so everything could have ended well... Until the intervention of the owner of the said bakery and his wife who decided by mutual agreement, given that this bag was "encumbering" them, to simply get rid of the bag and put it back, abandon it, on the station platform in front of their business... ( I would like to point out that it was the lady who told me this via text message when I came to ask them if a bag had been found) In short, the bag has definitely disappeared this time... A big thank you to the owners of this bakery who showed their great human qualities, their sense of citizenship and living together!! And happy holidays of course!! (You will quite easily find other more humane and honest businesses in the region to delight your taste buds on this occasion) Eric F.

Everything is so good. Plus it's open on Sunday mornings until 1 p.m. Possibility of consuming on site. The by-products sold come from the region and are also good (seasonal apple juice, ground coffee, etc.). Helpful and friendly baker.

Always at the top, custom cakes, buffet... everything is super good and we are never disappointed. Special shout out to my daughter's birthday cakes which are always excellent.

Bakery located right opposite the station platform which can be practical! The welcome was pleasant, the chef's apple pie was tasty, refined and original which is pleasant!! The mustard chicken quiche was good and light! I ate it cold, it was great. I was just disappointed by the honeycomb which was recommended to me because I like vanilla custard. Unfortunately here the taste of vanilla was very little present, we did not see the black grains characteristic of the vanilla pod and which would have demonstrated a certain quality, it had more of a mousse texture, I do not recommend but for the stay, go ahead without hesitation.😁 The surroundings are also very pretty for tasting!

A delight with a huge choice of breads, pastries and pastries. The coffee éclair was perfect, the choux pastry, the coffee crème pâtissière and the icing, tip top. We tried the caraque and the chestnut Mont-Blanc. The pastries are beautiful and delicious. As for pastries, croissants, raisin bread and brioche did not last long.

This place is so famous in the region that you can see “Boulangerie” direction tables on the streets, and it leads you here. Croissants and pain au chocolate, eclair cakes, and sandwiches were very tasty. Staff doesn’t speak much English, but they try their best to help you.

Ideally located in the Chernex station building, this bakery/pastry shop is very friendly and the welcome is warm. I've been going there since it opened and it's always a pleasure to go back. Impossible to leave this place during a midday meal without having a dessert. The products are quality and there is plenty of choice. Throughout the year the products offered for dinner change. There are superb salads in summer and excellent soups in winter as well as burgers, croque-monsieurs and a wide choice of sandwiches. I like to discover new attempts at quiches depending on the season, like this week's squash/chestnut quiche, which is a favorite. And if you're in a hurry, have a good coffee with a pastry. You will not be disappointed

They have two locations one on the way into montreaux and the other in Cherney - go to cherney - amazing Freshly made breads with a fantastic selection of sandwiches - I love this place

Bad advice and very ordinary bread...yesterday I was sold a seeded bread with supposedly dark flour when it was dark flour...same bread that I found in other bakeries! Little choice elsewhere

A baker back in Chernex! A change and a second life for the old ticket office and waiting room of the MOB station in Chernex, with a small terrace as a bonus. Smiling welcome, relaxed atmosphere, newspapers available. Drinks to go, it's very practical at the station! Pastries not to be missed! We feel good there, enough to forget the timetable of the next train ;-))
