I recently had the pleasure of visiting a coffee patisserie in Montreux, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the pistachio cream dessert. It was hands down the best I've ever had in Montreux. The creamy pistachio filling was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness, and the buttery, crispy pastry shell added a delightful texture to every bite. Apart from the outstanding desserts, I was also impressed by the overall presentation of the treats. Each dessert looked like a work of art, beautifully crafted and inviting. Excellent Neapolitan style pizzas, made with quality ingredients. The restaurant is a little out of the way but is much better than the pizzas you can find in the center. There are only three tables, they mainly do take-out. The team is really very friendly!

Good atmosphere, very good pastry, I recommend it.
