Friendly staff, the cafe is always kept nice and clean. However, I think the prices are expensive for certain things. The cool thing is that they have seasonal and themed food.

Very positive service and pleasant atmosphere...

Some employees are rude, few employees are good, especially older employees are unwilling to provide services to Asian people. They treat us badly, today I stood in the queue but the old lady told me to go behind and took the order for another man as I am Asian. I'm sorry to say, your products are good, you've never been disappointed, but the behavior of some older employees is disappointing. Please tell them to treat everyone equally. I am changing my rating from 5 to 1. I have been buying products from you for the last 7 years. I've had similar experiences in this industry two or three times.

Bachmann simply has the best breads and a large selection of delicious sweets

You feel comfortable in the restaurant. I enjoy spending time in a restaurant with friends and/or family members.

The quality and presentation of the range is absolutely world class. For me the lye peaks are the best ever. The branch manager and the entire staff are very friendly and competent. I feel very comfortable here 🔝

Arrogant - no interest in regular guests! I drank there almost every Saturday before going shopping (coffee, croissants, bread rolls, etc)... usually between 25.- and 50.- each time as a couple... when I wanted to change money for the parking machine once after buying an egg, the lady told me at the checkout she is not allowed to do this - instructions from GL! Since then I have avoided every store in this chain!

Tables are always very dirty. Staff unfriendly. Made me wrong coffee, no apology or that they would bring me the right one.

Certainly one of the most beautiful and well-maintained Bachmann branches. The employees greet you with a smile even early in the morning - which is no longer a given these days! I would still be happy about something small in the future: A small praline from your fine confectionery could be added to your coffee :-) Maybe that will encourage one or the other to buy a box of chocolates.

Today I ordered spaghetti carbonara to take away at around 11:10 a.m. When I wanted to eat I realized that I only got empty spaghetti without sauce! I think it's a shame that such a serious mistake happens outside of peak times! To make matters worse, Sagetthi were garnished with a leaf of ruccola! I still ate the spaghetti with some cheese because I had no other choice - (it's very dry!)

I walk past the Bachmann every day, occasionally I get my lunch there, like today, there used to be some employees who worked there who were very nice and helpful, but the ones who are now employed don't go at all, not even a good one, in some cases Adieu, nothing, that's why I like to avoid Bachmann even though there is a good enough selection of food. How can you work so unmotivated even though you've been hired? Very unfortunate

I've gone to Bachmann several times and have always had problems, they don't give me ice cream when I come, etc. They clear up at 7:30 p.m. even though it closes at 8 p.m.

I was really happy to see that Bachmann finally offered a milk alternative and advertised it with +Fr 0.30 on the product screens behind the counter. I promptly ordered a cappucino with oat milk and was asked by the saleswoman whether it could be taken away, to which I answered with a resounding YES. The lady left so quickly I couldn't order anything else I wanted. Since the saleswoman apparently wasn't sure how to prepare it with the oat milk, it took a little longer (no problem, I'm in sales myself and had patience and time). I was given a cappucino in a cup with lots of foam and chocolate powder to enjoy in the cafe. I was told the price without waiting to see if I would like to order more. I kindly said the cappucino was to take away, and she rolled her eyes and ran away and just a short time later put a take away cup in front of me. I almost had to force my chocolate bread order on her. When I wanted to drink my cappucino outside, I was really annoyed and felt more than ripped off. My cappucino, which cost Fr 0.30 more, was a coffee with plenty of cold oat milk. The sight speaks for itself, it's not a cappucino. And I really didn't have the nerve to go back anymore. The employees at Bachman Country Park are rarely in a really good mood, but this reaction is really intolerable. I paid for a cappucino and got some kind of broth.

Yesterday I had a really great shopping experience at the Bachmann Bakery. The saleswomen were very nice and made an extraordinary effort to provide advice. I really appreciated that and rarely experienced it like that!

Bread is good, but the unfriendly staff in the entire state park! You are ignored. If you ask for bread, the answer is: "You see what we have here!" In my company, after a first warning, there would be immediate termination!

So today after work I went to Bachmann's in the Landespark to get a pizza and when I opened it at home I saw the disaster. Way too much cheese and not even cut properly

Unfortunately there are always problems, unfriendly employees, you often get surprise packages, the wrong coffee, the wrong cake... Snappy answers when you point this out...

I wanted to exchange my muffin again because the saleswoman hadn't packaged the flavor I wanted. But it didn't work because I had already broken off the top of the wrapped muffin. The saleswoman immediately made it clear to me that she couldn't take this muffin back. Well... it is well known that the Bachmann staff at the Landespark are unfriendly. This company probably can't even afford to exchange a muffin *ironyoff*. The last time Bachmann for me. I'm going to my local "bakery" again

Nice visit to Café Bachmann in the Stans State Park. Friendly service, fine coffee and fresh food. A suggestion for improvement would be to offer coffee creations with soy milk as an alternative to cow's milk.

Once again a super tasty snack before the big purchase in the state park. Bachmann products are of top quality and are always fresh and worth every cent. Unfortunately, the tables in the café are often not cleaned and certain employees are sometimes laborious, rushed or stressed. Otherwise everything is in tip top condition. Bad service and very unfriendly staff at the Bachmann Ländlerpark Stans. Every time we buy rolls they are already baked dark to black. Very bad quality. Will buy our things elsewhere in the future!

I really like Bachmann, its products and friendly employees. Was on September 19th. There, there isn't a socket that you can use and even the employee with a vacuum cleaner at 4 p.m. can't find one. You don't like staying that way and staying longer.

We were your guests after our vacation in Ireland. We *only* ordered 1 Weggli, which the saleswoman wasn't really happy about. It was very noticeable in her. I ordered a bowl. Unfortunately I have to admit that the coffee was better in Ireland. The highlight, however, was when my wife wanted to refill her tea (only hot water). She was made aware that this wasn't actually possible!!! The cup in which the tea was served was rather small! The staff could also be a little friendlier. But the Weggli was very tasty.

Today we were at the Bachmann in the Stans State Park. What can I say? It was a total disaster! Since I can't tolerate certain foods, I asked what the display included. The signs were not at all congruent with the goods presented. I asked the saleswoman about it. The answer was pretty succinct: “You know, we've already put something together. After all, we want to be able to call it a day.” We were there at 5:15 p.m.; The shopping center is open until 6:00 p.m.... I don't expect everything to be there, but I do expect it to be labeled correctly, especially at these prices. We were further told that if we wanted to sit in the café, we should not order at the counter, but rather at the cash register further down. As if that wasn't enough. I wanted to buy the apple strudel. The saleswoman tried vehemently to sell me raspberry muffins: “If you buy two, you get one for free”. I declined the offer. She tried to push me further: “The muffins would still be good tomorrow.” When I say no, I mean no. In summary: it was a disappointing visit, we know much better branches, for example in the Emmen Center. The presentation of the goods there is much better, the staff is very accommodating and a lot friendlier. We would not recommend the Bachmann branch in the Landespark; We were there for the first and last time.

Ordered aperitif for 30th birthday. Collection started at 8 a.m., when I wanted to pick it up at 4 p.m. the employees told me that my aperitif fell on the Biden and no one said anything. Of course I wasn't informed, which was an absolute disgrace. When we filled out the complaint letter, it said on the template what the customer expects and we checked the box: Customer requests a callback. That was on November 28th, 2018 and I haven't heard anything yet. Never again Bachmann!!

I've been going to "Bachme" in the Landespark every morning for about five years. This says a lot about the location and the staff. The staff is very friendly, attentive and knows their regular customers very well. You are always greeted with a friendly smile and the coffee is usually ready for you to drink every morning. The selection of food is very large and everything tastes excellent. What is sometimes a bit annoying is the strong sunlight in the morning, which could be solved with a simple sun blind on the window front.
