The 2 points go to the nice service. Otherwise when it comes to quality it's rather sad. Note that every bakery in the right locations will do well. The croissants are mostly burnt and not at all comparable to e.g. Moser's Bäck. It's a shame, but maybe the rating is an incentive to improve. By the way, this refers to all Spitzbueb restaurants. Especially getting such horrible coffee from an Italian restaurant is also questionable. But the concept would be great.

The best croissants are ever there! Keep it up :) However, I can recommend everything from the patisserie, such as the bread etc., to being very good. They always have fresh sandwiches, Birchermüesli and the like. In addition to the always friendly staff, what is always a matter of course on a sunny morning. :)

Nice little bakery in the industrial area, next to a fuel station. Has a small counter where you can buy fresh baked products, self made I've cream and an automated coffee machine. Small area both inside and outside to sit and enjoy your consummation. Friendly staff, debit and credit cards are accepted.

Was disappointed again today, but for the last time. It has happened several times that the price when picking up was higher than promised on the phone. Today the only person present even refused to briefly confirm the price by email or text message (I would have placed the order by phone). From now on we will be purchasing our goods from another bakery. As a customer, I don't have to accept such arrogant treatment.

I've been buying croissants or bread at regular intervals for years, but the staff always annoy me: no matter how friendly you say hello and smile, all the employees are mostly just annoyed and unfriendly. And when I look at the negative reviews here, the owner doesn't seem to care. He didn't comment on any negative experiences.

The service is always friendly and I rarely see the boss. Until now I always thought the braid was great, but today it has a different taste. I think the butter croissants are great and the cream slices too. And the other pastries too. Isn't it a matter of taste whether someone likes dark or light baked bread or croissants? 🤗

Incredibly unfriendly service. But that's no wonder because the boss treats the employees (especially female ones) incredibly badly. Apparently has a problem dealing with women. In a pseudo-like manner, he capitalizes on corona measures, but he doesn't comply with them and doesn't even allow cashless payments. Quality of the products is bad! He doesn't work himself and mostly just stands around and talks loudly with some dubious "business people".

Buy 2 wholemeal croissants, 2 butter croissants and 2 twist breads in Fislisbach today. ALL inedible. Croissants massively underbaked. The two twist breads were also too doughy. We knew how to help ourselves and then went to buy croissants at Spar. At least the vending machine coffee was really good

You should support local businesses / crafts - through the lockdown, go to the local bakery with the appropriate pricing. On average +30 CHF spent every two weeks. After the third purchase, still unfriendly sellers, no cashless payment possible. Please don't be surprised if customers migrate to the large retailers. Quality of the baked goods is very good - unfortunately it doesn't justify the rest. Addendum: with the last order there were half-raw Weggli....

Good opening hours, but unfortunately the rolls are often baked too black, the croissant surface is black at the bottom and almost raw inside. Today a roll was completely wrong, too small and too salty, strange shape, dough too dense. I've never gotten a cash register before. (Rogue in Dättwil)

This is a special bakery. The bread is to die for. It is treated for 3 days and therefore has a wonderful crust. Still edible even after 3 days. In this shop you will always receive friendly service and the boss also has an open ear for his employees. It's exciting to work there, even if it is sometimes strict. We wish his son, in the new shop, all the best for the future.

The pretzel croissants are awesome.

I have been observing the various bakeries in my region for many years. What makes a good bakery is the freshness of the products, which Spitzbueb produces freshly at each of its locations. The selection doesn't have to be huge, but rather limited to the most important ones! It's about bread and this is just great :)! It's the little details that a real "bread gourmet" appreciates and loves in the products.

After the last time in November 2016 - just embarrassing - came into the shop - bad air, and very loud, the boss was always sitting there with dark faces and talking extremely loudly. Barely arrived at the counter - an older blonde lady is at least 60 and going on 30 - doesn't even have good morning in her vocabulary, just YES - I what YES? - " You, what do you want?" I ???? ". Of course buns........ Do you still have grain or chia seeds or spelled rolls? "You No"... I what? " You... the bread roll -".. Me, what's in it?......(since I can't tolerate white flour healthily...) She's very clumsy - I don't know - Great. Do you have any Dinkelbrod bread? She . If I wanted dark rolls - I should come tomorrow from 9 a.m. - and not at 10 a.m.... I what...... ? Totally unacceptable for me as a customer. I would no longer enter the arrogant shops - even our company parties will no longer be supplied with the products from this ....... shop.

The Spitzbueb croissants are excellent. Unfortunately, last time I got a chocolate croissant instead of a butter croissant. But when I called, the friendly lady from the bakery told me I could go and get the real butter croissants for free tomorrow. That's what I call customer service!
