Splendid place to have a drink in Lucerne. The location is central. Just 1 min away on foot from the main train station. Would go and visit again!

Truffle Hunter burger has nothing to do with truffle, just the name. Average meat and overall experience. Was hungry otherwise would be disappointed.

This place is quiet, very elegant and tidy, in short, you can go there in the evening all day, ok? So it is recommended because it is a good place for quality and service. Ok waiters really friendly and kind, you feel at random Ok Highly recommended.

I've been here a few times and I just have to say it, it's a great shop. The food is good, delivered quickly and paying is quick too. The sweet potato fries are mega. There is decent coffee at the bar.

It's a shame the restaurant is closed, only the hotel is open. Greetings Marcel

Atmosphere is great. Service gets slow when you ask for paying so it delayed us alot. The food: fries were nice but chicken was not well cooked. I would not recommend the burgers.

Hearty little restaurant right next to Lucerne train station. Delicious food, whether burgers or chicken wings. Nice personel. A little tight to sit in, but comfortably furnished.

We just had something to drink, we were very happy that there was a cafe and resti there again! Great furnishings, maybe a little more decoration for my taste but otherwise great furnishings. We'll be back!🙂

The food was very fine. You can top the burger with other toppings as desired (with an additional charge). The staff was very friendly and the prices are very good. Easily accessible by public transport.

As always, it was a very nice atmosphere and a great breakfast. Very tasty and prepared with a lot of love. We would be happy to come back for breakfast. Thank you very much ☺️

I was here for weekend, near the city central station. Has a nice atmosphere and good service. The taste of french fries was great, but the burger was not my tast.

Multiple people smoke on the terrace and the restaurant’s walls are open during summer months. Only a primitive culture allows smoking people next to small kids.

Delicious burgers and very attentive staff. The quality is optimal and above all it meets expectations. It should be taken into account that on hot days, like the one we had, it does not have air conditioning, but this is a general factor in many places in Switzerland.

For years it has been one of the regular places for aperitifs and a meeting point when arriving in Lucerne. Great staff, wine and food as well as hospitality. Definitely worth one or more visits. Keep it up!

Hello everyone, we were on the terrace. Service top. 2 of us ended up 3. Consumption 2 aperol spritz, 1 coffee, 1 cola and a Hugo without alcohol. Unfortunately, the aperol Spritz and the Hugo without alcohol all cost CHF 12.50 each. When we asked about the same price without alcohol, we were told it was an error on the checkout. We still had to pay CHF 12.50 for no alcohol. It's a shame it's not about the money but about the bitter taste it leaves after such a short but nice evening. Visit again? Don't think so. Unfortunately, my colleague is angry. Greetings db

We were there with a large group. The food was TOP and the staff were very helpful and nice. The evening will be remembered fondly, thank you very much.

On my last day in Switzerland, I went to eat a hamburger, and it's one of the best foods I've eaten in Switzerland. Of course, I have to exclude the price because it is a wicked Swiss price, but the patty was very delicious and good, so I recommend it!

Rarely have I had such a delicious burger. Everything was very fresh and tasted like it should taste. The price was a bit expensive in my opinion, but you get something very decent for that. The service was very friendly and you felt very welcome.

Today we were 3 friends having a drink in the Bahnhofli after 11 p.m. we didn't get anything to drink. I haven't experienced such unfriendly, unmotivated staff in a long time. I'm not talking about food here, but rather about drinking and not offering it 1.30 hours beforehand is strange.

We (11 people) made reservations at the Bahnhöfli in advance and really enjoyed the evening with food and drink. Accordingly, we had the burger chat - everything was absolutely great, from the meat to the bread as well as the Sössäli and side dishes. Service was always polite, responded to our requests immediately and was always there for us. We highly recommend the Bahnhöfli ;-)

Reservation requests (via the homepage) are not even answered. You only receive confirmation that you have received the request, then you hear nothing more. Not helpful on a Saturday when you have to call to ask about it and they are fully booked and you have to find something elsewhere at short notice. Absolutely customer-unfriendly.

Close to the train station, burgers very tasty and great atmosphere🍔

I was there for a cappucino, had no alternative milk and was served by two very unfriendly, almost disrespectful employees. Oh yes, and to order you have to wait 10 minutes at the bar, during which the employees, who are doing nothing, look at you stupidly and don't say hello back or say goodbye. The coffee also takes another 10 minutes. The first and last visit.

Absolutely fine pulled pork, perhaps a little dry in the heart, but otherwise tip-top. The fries are by far the best I've had so far. No matter whether country cuts or farmer fries. Super seasoned, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ideal meeting point for an aperitif with or without a small snack. Casual atmosphere and great location near the train station.

Find it a cool place, right by the train station with great snacks at reasonable/fair prices. Chicken wings are very seasoned and, like the fries, very tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is very friendly.

I love the chicken crispy things - absolutely delicious!! Be sure to reserve a table in advance, as the dining room is rather small. The service was always nice and prompt. The price is OK.

Nice location - but food was a bit strange. We ordered burgers and got “life worm” (check video/pic) as a bonus. The Staff gave us discounts based on that, but honestly - would never visit this place again. Perhaps worms is part of the menu but that’s not really cool guys.. in many European countries such places get closed because of such things.

Because of the alcohol level, I didn't drink that much, but it attracted 8 people who wanted to talk to me. The Service White Night men don't check things like that. Quite an unfriendly move to empty the ashtray to show myself as a smoker. The guys here are only nice to female customers!

Stopped here for lunch before catching the train. Had the Falafel salad and it was delicious. Others had a burger with fries and both thought their meals were great. Fries were the best we found in Switzerland. Service was pleasant and helpful. Great place for a casual bite to eat.

We had our last day and last meal in Luzern , so we thought that we could go to a nice place , and it was raining.Being new to the meal we asked the waiter for giving us options , he asked if we couldn't read English. Later we ordered ourselves as they had no other burger than chicken. We got two larger burgers with huge chunk of chicken hardly any flavor and had to put lot of ketchup to bring the flavor. The bill came to 48.6CHF . the waiter took 50 CHF and never returned anything back. When we asked him if he could calculate for us . Then he returned the rest money . It's not about money it's about the behaviour. He was behaving as if we are uneducated and couldn't afford him or his restaurant. If you want a good dinner and happy time this is not the place , he spoilt our evening and the memory of lucrene . *Bad behaviour* *bland food * *really unhappy* PS the owner should know the staff is only interested in serving rich people .

Top delicious burgers! Super nice service. Prices tend to be in the upper segment. Unfortunately, one star deducted for the disgusting cigarette smoke that comes into the restaurant from outside through the always open door.

Great place with a cool DJ. Cozy place to sit. Nice personel. We were there at 10 p.m. but unfortunately the kitchen was closed even though the menu said until 11 p.m.🤷‍♂️. Kellner just said “it’s no longer current”. Well at least there were a few nuts

This restaurant is located near the HB Luzern and specializes in burgers, wraps, salads and more. The chicken fingers with salad were good, but rather expensive at just under 30 francs. What was ordered was served quickly. The service is very friendly and has everything under control. I would come by again and can recommend the restaurant.

Very busy place. Great athmosphere.

Waited 10 minutes for a card which never arrived. The place wasn’t even full. Weird considering we were seated. Ended up leaving. If your gonna seat someone just give them the card straight away or tell them to grab a card and reel them that you will be with them in a minute.
