Bar Sacchi in Zürich

No cow's milk or cream with coffee. Only vegan. A pity.

We had a great time at Bar Sacchi! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the drinks were fantastic. Service was quick and so friendly. Definitely recommend for a chill night out or a date.

Totally difficult... are we here in Zurich or in London or where? Here you should be spoken to in Swiss German by the waitress and not just in English! Or at least ask!

Sacchi sucks. I would expect the crew to at least try to speak German when serving Swiss guests.

Chic place, well attended, in a charming corner of Zurich. We stayed nearby and went to have breakfast there several times.

Great service: the terrace was full and a nice waitress has added a table just for us. Nice wine choice, we tasted the house Rosé :) could be perfect with a plate of cheese and charcuterie ;)

I’ve been here maybe 10-15 times. It’s a good bar I just think it’s a bit overhyped. I’ve had my drink messed up a few times and in summer if you order from a waiter and not the bartender they often don’t know that much.

So far so good, if you go early mornings for some coffee and pastries (the coffee is great, as is their pain au chocolat)... As of 12 p.m. I don't even want to try getting a table though, seeing all those people queueing on the street... every single day... :)

Great coffee, super cozy and quiet and super friendly.

The place is super nice and the quality of the drinks too, but the one waitress (the smaller brunette) completely ruined our mood. She made a mistake and insulted us for it in front of everyone. Some people just shouldn't work in service.

Top Negronis at top prices, but these top prices are normal in Zurich. Top = high. Scene level is also top.

Great place to get coffee and pastries (had the cinnamon buns) in the morning and also Negronis in the evening. Very nice atmosphere- you can sit inside or outside during the summer months. The var staff is very friendly and engaging. The prices are average for Zürich and totally fine for the high-quality food and drinks. I would recommend a visit if you like good Negronis and classic cocktails.

Crowded and a lot of narrow through traffic, but otherwise comfortable.

One of my first discovering in ZH and a place I continue to frequent. A establishment that breathes life into me and i unto it. Elite service, classic cocktails, high quality adult beverages, and good company to be found. Come for the negroni, come for an afternoon drink, or for a night of mystery and revelry. Special, is what this place is.

Nice location and place to meet and talk while drinking beer

Beautifully designed interior, actually looks like an Italian bar. The selection of cornetti and other sweets was unfortunately very small (but still nice) and I didn't like the espresso. The service is very nice and attentive, I recommend the morning because otherwise the café is constantly overcrowded.

A nice place to linger, various liquid delicacies, but especially cold and fizzy beers. The service is warm and prompt, the audience is pleasant and calm. Of course, a special place, especially in summer, the outdoor spaces on the street are particularly fun, a place to enjoy!

Unfriendly staff. Saw her rolling her eyes gesture to the young boys sitting on the bar side when we started to sit on the front available table. Ordered for flat white, carrot cake and fresh juice. She served the coffee without giving sugar. So I have to take sugar for myself while waiting for the cake. She was too busy talking to her friends on the bar until some minutes passed that I asked for the carrot cake. She was asking if I want one. I told her that I ordered one and I supposed that she forgot it because she was just busy talking. Expensive coffee and bad service. In addition to that, the place inside is so untidy, dark and dirty full of dust.

Very happy again, delicious drinks in a close, beautiful atmosphere with good music. The service is friendly. You are served a glass of water without being asked, which welcomes a guest. Sitting outside is also possible and good. The card reader didn't recognize my card, but luckily I still had some Swiss francs from my last trip to Switzerland, otherwise the stay wouldn't have been so nice.

Friendly staff, but: -Waited 20min for two teas -too little water in the pot (the tea couldn't steep at all, so little water), we asked for more water, got the cups back after 5 minutes with 0.5cm more water in them, still too little, almost up to the sieve with ginger. -Definitely not worth the price for 7 francs per tea -understaffed, untrained staff (at least that's our impression). A pity…

Excellent place, owner is awesome

The cocktails are good, the service (referring to 1 person) is unfortunately very arrogant and doesn't put much effort into the service, almost seems listless. After we pointed out that we had been waiting for our drinks and snacks for a long time, they simply shrugged their shoulders... It's a shame, but I can't give it more than 2 stars because I personally attach great importance to good service! Without the service the bar would have earned 5 stars.

Went twice for an espresso, it was terrible both times

A special and yet so unpretentious place in Zurich. Outstanding craftsmanship (especially all rye-based drinks), great ambience with authentic accents and a team/service that consistently works in a highly professional manner while remaining charming and authentic.

Zurich in-bar and café. Great location, but with relatively poor staff. First we had to place the order twice. Then my cold brew was served only after asking twice and 30-45 minutes. They apologized and the drink was on the house. As a guest, I really appreciate that and I find it extremely positive. Still, it surprises me a bit because cold brew takes 12-24 hours to brew. Unfortunately, the invoice we ordered never came and we ended up going in to pay. It's a shame, but maybe we'll give the place another chance.

Dear, dear, dear! Sacchi makes the best gimlets in town and is perfect for unwinding after a hard day at work!

I recently discovered Sacchi with its fine vegan delicacies from Soulfood by Aris. It is now one of my favorite coffees. Super friendly team, super fine croissants & delicious pastries and my dog ​​Amelia also feels very pampered. ;-)

I asked the waitress for a small coffee, after she brought it to me she asked me how much sugar I wanted, I replied that I would have liked two sachets, and after about three minutes she came back with only one sachet. In the meantime the coffee had become cold, and automatically unpleasant. The sugar is brought before serving the coffee, or at the latest at the same time, not afterwards. 1 star, little attention to the customer.

Good bar, but unfortunately the new morning cafe is no longer the best in town. The collective bakery pop up is over and the baristas have moved on. However what they replaced it with no longer meets that formerly high standard. It is now a vegan cafe only, very expensive and the coffee and pastry quality is not great. A huge shame in my opinion but I still like the evening bar....

Went in the afternoon and they didn’t serve coffee. Went this Saturday at 10:30 and didn’t have any pastries left from the “pop up bakery” . It seems it’s a bar that happens to sell croissants if they have anything left

The pop-up bakery is good. You quickly notice that there is a lot of craftsmanship in the products. However, there are other bakers (with their own bakery) who make better chocolate croissants. You have to expect a queue.

overpriced bakery, 3.5 CHF for a croissant. They call it Bakery Collective. Unfortunately the "collective" part is just a name, the workers don't actually run the bakery nor do they own it.

They have recently opened a bakery in the bar, making some of the best pastries/croissant you will find in town.

Great drinks and nice atmosphere. Waitresses were friendly. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the owner. We had been waiting for the bill for 15 minutes when he comes up asking us if we are going to leave soon because we haven't ordered drinks in a while. We tell him that we already asked for the bill and will leave afterwards. However, instead of fetching the bill, he went on a rant about how he needs to earn money to pay for the bar's rent. Even after that, we still had to wait ten more minutes to get the bill. So, avoid the rude owner and you should be fine. :)
