The best coffee and pastry of my entire trip! Get the croi-muffin with sweet rosemary - it’s perfection! Thanks to the friendly staff for recommending their signature pastry!

This is THE place to try coffee, always in crowds locations and serving very good flat white. After they introduced the app to collect points (a loyalty card) - it became so convenient. I am not a big fan of the iced cappuccino though - for my taste it is a bit too bitter.

Personally, best coffee in town. I am a loyal customer and I will continue that way. Unfortunately, the employees are not the friendliest and sometimes make you feel like you are bothering them for ordering something. Or they just stand with their backs to the public till their conversation is finished or you ask for something. It’s a shame for such a great café and coffee quality, but I trust it won’t stay that way🤞🏼

The place was very crowded. Specialty coffee, but it was served in three sizes, which is a mistake because the size only changes with the amount of milk, not an increase in the shot! I advise everyone to order the small size only, as the store does not have sweets.

Flat white coffee is delicious only from their branch in the church. It is wonderful. As for the branch in the shopping street next to the train station, payment is only made by card. Why do they charge more? For example, coffee costs 5 francs with a card. Unfortunately, they do not recognize fraud. They do not recognize cash. I did not like the pastries at all. Most of the branches I drink while standing. I recommend trying the coffee. Only at the Hani Church branch in the Old City

Went there for the first time yesterday and got a great flat white. It's a shame you can't sit outside.

Coffee and food are good! The employees are friendly, but it‘s weird that they alway stand with their back to the public and talk and won‘t notice you until you say something or they ended their conversation..

Coffee was good but ordered decaf and received obviously regular - not a good experience. Customer requests are obviously taken very lightly here.

The Vicafe at Bellevue is unfortunately a disaster in terms of service :( Extremely demotivated students serve there. It's a shame about the super fine coffee.

Clear recommendation! I was at both the Bellevue branch and the main train station. Enjoyed a delicious cappuccino both times. I also think it's very good that you can choose from three different sizes. The staff at the main station can be a bit nicer, but this doesn't detract from the quality of the coffee.

Nice place if you would like a takeaway coffee when you are around Bellevue. The place only accepts credit card payment. There is generally a few minutes of wait in front of the place before ordering, but the preparation does not take too long.

Nice coffee! Nice staff! Pls note they only accept card payment. I was the one who lucky enough to get a free cup of flat white since I forgot to bring the card. Besides, If you take your own bottle, 0.5 CHF will be waived

Coffee is prepared with care and the staff is really friendly. I had a plain espresso and did not like it, but it's a personal taste matter. Surely plenty of people find it excellent, I don't but I might also be quite picky with coffee ☕😇😆

a small and take-away coffee roastery with some small cake options. We ordered iced cappuccinos. They were good with a dominant coffee taste. very nice and good staff 🥰

Best coffee in Zurich! I love Vicafe Iced Coffee. Nice location right near Lake Zurich. You can really enjoy your coffee there :) Vicafe has a cool points collection system. If you buy 10 coffees you get the 11th free! I'm looking forward.

Stood for a long time without being crowded. It just took a long time because the staff were chatting. Plastic cups are a no-go anyway and my cappuccino with oat milk was - as it tasted - accidentally mixed with rancid soy milk. Inedible. That for almost 7 francs. Since I had already walked a few steps further, I didn't want to waste my time in the sun, so the coffee nightmare ended up in the bushes without comment.

One can identify this cafe on the Bellevue with a long line in front of it almost always! And the coffee does justice to it. I absolutely love their flat white and aprikosen croissant. Worth a visit if you are in the city!

Had the best espresso here that I have ever tasted in my life. Fine processing of the bean results in a very strong, yet pleasant concentrate.

It's completely absurd that they don't accept cash payments. In Switzerland, everyone is legally obliged to accept cash payments (duty to accept, art.3 Federal Law about the currency and means of payment). Not everyone has a credit card. I suspect the excuse is the epidemic, but nowhere in the entire country has payment in legal tender ever been refused.

The coffee is good, but their oat milk is not the barista-grade one and is slightly sweet. I personally don't like this, so -1 star.

If you're looking for AMAZING coffee in Zürich, this is your place to go!!! 😍 We had two flat whites with oat milk (other dairy-free milk options are available too) and they were simple PERFECTION ☕ (this coming from a super picky coffee appreciator 🤪) Their croissants are really tasty too if you'd like some little snack to go along with your coffee 😊 I will definitely be back and they deserve all the full 5 ⭐!!! P. S. You can also buy some coffee beans for home too and judging by the quality we have tasted, they will surely be amazing too!

... judging by the queue, you should think: “There's something to get here” and that they specialize in coffee here. The fact that the “ice cappuccino” comes in a plastic cup may be because people here have not yet recognized the value of the environment. So let's concentrate on that but on the taste of the espresso, which comes from a La Marzocco and should actually be the "signature drink" of such a "hip" coffee bar. And once again I'm amazed and confirmed: just because you put a Les Paul in someone's hand doesn't mean they're slash. Definitely one of the worst espressos I've ever had. It's a shame, because it could be so much better.

Flat White deserves 5 stars - I think it's great value for money and there's a Babycchino for my little son :) The service is always very uncomplicated and super nice. A must for me when I'm out and about in the city.

We queued for 40 minutes and had very high expectations due to the large number of people. The bitter disappointment was hard to believe. No taste at all, very watery and absolutely undrinkable. After one sip I had to throw the rest away. I have an extra Ristretto and Espresso Mac. ordered to convince myself of the quality. The staff was very young and looked like students doing a summer job. Then it is clear that this is reflected in the result. I'm sorry but I definitely don't recommend it...

Yesterday we stopped by vicafe at Bellevue before heading back home. We had an Americano, which is prepared with a doubleshot and clearly hot water. The barista was very friendly, and when I asked him if I could have the beans from Indonesia he gladly obliged. Coffee was good, although for Americano it's suggested to remove the crema on top. In general I really like vicafe, since they have fair prices (for Zurich) and their coffee are always interesting. Good job, keep up :)

House mixture is too bitter for my taste, or not always the same, depending on the package.

The lid for the coffee mug is even removed with tweezers! This makes you feel safe, thank you for that! Great Cappu :)

I don't like the new house mix anymore. It's very bitter and it almost turns my stomach. I've had to empty the coffee a few times because I couldn't drink it. It's a shame because I used to really like your coffee.

One of the cutest coffee-take away places in town. They serve excellent coffee as well as snacks. Even though the queue is long sometimes, it never takes too long to wait. Totally love coming here.

Very popular place to get a coffee in the morning. However, even if the queue is long, it goes pretty fast. They offer plant-based milk alternatives (soy, oat and lactose-free for sure). You can bring your own cup and get 50 Rappen discount. They also sell their own reusable cups. And not to forget - the coffee is delicious! Especially the ice cappuccino on a hot summer day :)

A Very cute coffee counter (without any place to sit in). Based on the queue by locals in the morning after Swiss independence day this is quite popular place. Had a good flat white, which was more like a cappuccino to my taste.

They gave me an iced coffee in a plastic cup with a plastic straw. The iced coffee could easily be served in a paper cup as well.

Great iced chai tea but a pity that it is a take away. They have a cool concept: if you take your own cup you get a discount of 0.50 for your drink.

I am slightly lactose intolerance so I was pleased to see all kinds of milk options and alternates for blokes like me. It is a nice place for coffee and pastries.

Every time I go to Bellevue I stop to drink a cappuccino. Enjoying it in the open air sitting looking at the lake. So far it is among the best cappuccinos I have drunk. The staff is very courteous

The place looks very cool and the price is low, but I didn't like the coffee. The espresso was too sour and diluted. Probably I don't like the beans they use. There are better places around HB if you want a real Italian espresso

ViCafe in general offers decent coffee, served by professional baristas. However, the queue st Bellevue is usually long, which means a 10 to 20 minute waiting time in front of the cafe.
