Bierhübeli in Bern

Magnificent concert hall where the proximity to the artist is remarkable. I came early, no access problems, and I enjoyed a very good burger 🍔 🍺 at the adjoining Gustav restaurant. Reserving on the internet is easy and a priori necessary on busy evenings. I can only recommend without hesitation.

Believe it or not: We paid CH 50 for 5 shots!!🤣🤣🤣🤣 Unbelievable

A vibrant venue hub that offers an eclectic range of live events - from concerts, comedy shows, poetry slams, burlesque performances to business conferences. A great place for enjoying a drink & snack too!

Music perfect, place perfect, people perfect, but was threatened every time, very bad I even saw the one who choked me the last time.

Good location and easily accessible by public transport. However, like everywhere else in the city of Bern, the parking situation is not that great. But: You can park at P+R Neufeld and the bus ride is included with the parking ticket. Then you just have to walk back, about 15 minutes on foot

A restaurant that is used for events such as concerts etc. The prices at the bar are very expensive and unfortunately disposable tableware is used here out of laziness. Incomprehensible in times of climate change and not very exemplary. At least there was a vegetarian dish, albeit very cheaply prepared.

From 01.24 cash is no longer welcome there. Excuse: 80% pay cashless. Well, if you don't rely on the income from the remaining 20%.

Quick control, friendly, normal prices for drinks at clubs, fits. Drinks can be paid for with cash, card or Twint. Easily accessible by public transport. For parking spaces you have to look for them in the area, otherwise you really have to use public transport

Simply a great concert or event location 🤩 I always enjoy going to Hübeli. With under 1000 standing room, a great atmosphere! Today Joya Marleen was there - a cheerful personality with a great voice!

Nice room for intimate concerts. The proximity to Gustav, the restaurant, allows you to plan a concert and after-concert meal without having to travel. Lovely venue for intimate concerts. Cool location, staff very friendly. Unfortunately, the Candy Dulfer concert was extremely overcrowded, so there was a crowd even at the back. It's a shame there are no convenient parking options nearby.

Dirty sticky floor (certainly not from this evening). Bouncers are unfriendly, advertise with awareness, but demand that the drinks be left in plastic cups and leave them unattended when communicated openly. Bad DJ, beat didn't match the sample. 2000 party but only music from the last 5 years. Since we arrived late, entry was free, hence 2 stars. Otherwise for nothing! Left again after 30 minutes

Packed, grungy and too loud. Typical club atmosphere but could be better. Also, performer for the night I attended played the same beat the entire night.

Anyone under 1m75 has bad (and expensive) cards on the balcony. The air in the concert hall is a disaster. We literally breathed a sigh of relief when we came out into the bar area. People were still crowding around the exit and on the stairs, far too crowded for our liking. It is forbidden to bring drinks inside, even the small bottle of water has to stay outside. 3dl of stale vending machine cola costs CHF 5.-. That was probably our first and last visit to the Bierhübeli.

The room is magnificent and this very intimate format is great! The artist is at hand. Excellent sound and light effects. The bar is great and the staff are super welcoming. They all speak French from what I could see. Consumption is reasonable. I definitely recommend it and I can't wait to go back and see one of my other favorite artists.

Interesting, small venue with a beer garden. Unfortunately the interior is poorly ventilated, otherwise recommended.

Hazel Bruggee's program was great, as was dinner in Gustav's beer garden. So far so good. But our seats on the balcony were a joke. You sit directly behind the railing, which blocks the view of the stage. (I stood up to take the photo.) So you slide back and forth all evening to catch a glimpse of the artist. And it was inhumanly hot up there - everyone was drenched in sweat. The price of CHF 75 is disproportionate. No more balconies.

In Berhübeli you just have to have a gsy!!!

Nice venue with a good stage and bar. 14CHF/€14.70 for a vodka 7up was a bit on the expensive side.

I/We went to the EuroGames and the CSD in Bern and went to the party in the evening... danced until early in the morning 🎉🏳️‍🌈 good music 🎵 and delicious drinks. Bern is really beautiful 🇨🇭

I visited the Bierhübeli for the first time on the occasion of a BFH alumni evening. Great hall with a stage and bar in the back. The aperitif rich was run in an exemplary manner by an external caterer. Nice restaurant with charm. I'd love to come back when there's live music.

Nice cute place. LP concert was fantastic, not too loud. Parking is a bit problematic.

This event venue is small but nice. Be it for a concert, a party or simply a private event, you feel comfortable here. There is now a local tent outside behind the gastro terrace where aperitifs, vernissages or similar can take place.

Food was too scarce. Sound z.t. bad. It's a shame, otherwise a cool location

Oh Bierhübeli. How I was looking forward to We love Techno with Lilly Palmer. What can I say? Leave techno if your system isn't designed for it. The cool bung didn't come across and wasn't noticeable because the bass was completely missing and only came from the front. You could hear people talking clearly and clearly, it was so quiet. We went home early completely disappointed and will be going back to the Hübeli for concerts in the future, but not for electronic music.

Unpleasant air with so many people

Actually a cool location. If sold out a little too crowded. Staff very friendly. What is not possible: placing people who are confined to a wheelchair on the side of the mixing console. Without an increase, nothing. The two poor idiots only saw the back or back of the head of the person in front of them. If the Bierhübeli is half full it might work, but somehow it's just no longer in keeping with the times.

Best exit in the city of Bern Great music, enough space, drink prices are okay. Just go there!

The Bierhübeli is a great location. However, after numerous concerts there, I find that far too many people are allowed in; The Bierhübeli is probably overestimating itself a bit... The stage is also much too high for concerts - it almost breaks my neck in the front row (and I only go to concerts where I'm in the front row). There should be a solution with a grid that is at least half a meter away from the stage. This urgently needs to be solved in my opinion. Otherwise: very friendly team and friendly security

Absolutely disorganized, instead of doors opening at 10pm (as advertised online), doors should be at 11pm. This too could not be adhered to. To make matters worse, the only waiting area was then declared a VIP area. After another 7 minutes we finally got the go. That’s not how organization works!

5 stars for the artist, Marcus King and the easy accessibility by public transport. However, the ventilation is completely overwhelmed, and in my opinion the restaurant is “overcrowded” when sold out. Ah yes, and for these beer prices I can stay in Zurich anyway. What I plan to do. It's a shame, I actually wanted to like it, January.

Location is great, clean and well organized. Unfortunately, after we finally got our jackets from the cloakroom - which, absurdly, is at the other end of the entrance in the basement - we couldn't go out of the exit directly above the cloakroom. No - we had to go through Pushing the room to get to the entrance, only to get out there again🤦 The sound quality at the Joss Stone concert was catastrophic. The whole show wasn't special either. She started so many songs, but then chatted and the air was gone. She also kept singing other people's songs. I would have liked more interactions with the audience ,more mood. Hey we finally paid for the tickets, make a little more effort. Candy Dulfer in Basel for example: really cool

The Badtaste Party on Saturday February 11th Unfortunately it wasn't that good. Even though we had already ordered an online ticket, we had to wait in line for around 30 minutes. Unfortunately the music was also rather bad.

nice place, young audience, their buddies doing their music-thing. From a quality point of listening: rather disastrous - they always have the most incompetent guy at the mixer who seems not to know or even care what the band actually is playing. Don't forget your earplugs. (concert was Saturday, Februar 4th, 3 different bands. I've had enough after two, mostly came to listen to "Haubi Mieti", but their sound and words were drowned by drums and basses taking up all the "soundspace").

Nothing to complain about here, great team. Good mood! Everyone friendly and very nice. Thank you for the great stay.

New Year's Eve party today: First DJ played until around 2:30. Beats were always the same, unfortunately drops weren't convincing at all. For over 40 francs there is more to it than a crowded dance floor with unfortunately only monotonous beats. Every party at Hübeli was better than the overpriced New Year's Eve party! (Second DJ was fine)

It was my first time at the Bierhübeli at an 80s party. Apart from the fact that the audience wasn't even planned in the 80s, including me, it must have been a great evening because I don't have the slightest idea how I got home. There are deductions in the B grade for the hangover the next morning.

Wallet was brazenly stolen by security. After that they didn't want to let us in anymore. I really hope that this doesn't happen more often!

The name says it all: As soon as you've got a nice place behind the top, the mediocre songs sound like the sounds of heaven with bass. 20/10 can recommend it.

Good parties & good atmosphere. But because so much beer was spilled on the dance floor, it was so slippery that I was SOBER! I fell and sprained my wrist & thumb. This could certainly be avoided by the organizer with certain security measures.

I loved this concert hall! cool atmosphere, very pleasant bar, super friendly staff. Looking forward to the next one!
