We waited 2 hours for the food to be delivered On Eat.ch it said max 55 minutes after 1 1/2 hours I called & it said the driver was leaving soon & then 30 minutes later the food was there, fries soggy & cold, the burger was ok. You can't tell me that they're working on it & looking at it internally because it looks like after the recessions this has been a problem for you for a long time.

Good evening Unfortunately we waited another 2 hours for our food. When ordering from Just Eat it was stated that it would take 30-55 minutes. When I asked over the phone, I was told that you have a lot of orders at the moment and the delivery person is about to leave. Unfortunately, this is the standard excuse, as I was told last time. I think it's a shame because we like the food but unfortunately the delivery doesn't work.

Very good burgers and fries. The drivers are always very nice. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the atmosphere of the restaurant because I always order.

I ordered for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Very good quality burgers. The bun can be chosen as desired. Real meat and the bacon was really juicy and crispy. The side dish was rösti fries and they were really tasty. Can only recommend it!

As always, delicious burgers. Driver contacted us because our apartment is difficult to find. Very cooperative with the portion of French fries that was accidentally not delivered. We would be happy to order again.

The burgers are quite good, but the delivery times are getting worse. Yesterday it was 2h20. For 35 CHF/person you expect that the specified time of 40-65 minutes will be adhered to...

We ordered via website on 12/28/23 at 12:16 p.m. The order was confirmed and the delivery time of 75 minutes was announced. So far so good. According to the online tracker, the food was cooked and the order was completed at 1:01 p.m. Now more than 2 hours have passed (2:05 p.m.) and we haven't received anything! The restaurant was unavailable when I called at 1:44 p.m. to find out when the food would arrive. Even after calling several times, the call was not answered. Unfortunately, I have to say, much better communication would have been desirable! Now I'm sitting here, hungry and annoyed! I will no longer order from this establishment and I advise everyone not to!

Ordered food at 6:45 p.m. (website estimated delivery time 30-40 minutes), received email confirmation with delivery time: 7:50 p.m. OK 1 hour - long wait, but OK Friday evenings can be busy. Delivery time 8:15 p.m., 25 minutes late, no compensation. Fries were limp, burger was delivered with different bread than ordered (crunchy bread instead of lye). And the whole thing for 25.- per person.. It was very good at the beginning, but now I would actually rather go to McDonalds. (Burger tasted good but couldn't save the overall impression)

The food came quicker than expected and was very hot. The Pestorella burger is simply delicious. This needs to stay on the menu. Gladly again!

Burgers are rather lame and tasteless. Chili cheese fries were extremely soggy, roasted fries were great, churros were wonderful, but there was only cheap Nutella instead of a chocolate sauce. Prices way too high for this food.

Once and never again! Recently ate on site where the concept of ordering was explained first (I was already worried about what it would be like). Order a drink at the BowlingCenter (4.50 - the 3dl coke), and then you have to go across the whole room to order food. When the beeper vibrated you could traipse back there to pick up the food. Finally, traipse over there again to hand over the empty plate because it's self-service. So you go back and forth 3 times just because of the food, what a joke of a “concept”. The Füür burger with fries and sauce was just ok, but definitely nothing special for the expensive prices advertised. The burgers were supposed to be your highlight, but they were rather disappointing with their burger snack level. The hammer came at home when I studied the charge on the credit card, where I was charged 30.90. I calculated my order and asked how you came up with the amount. For burgers: 15.90.-, fries 10.90.-, BBQ sauce 1.50.-. The extra second sauce, which I didn't order at all, they just asked me what sauce it was supposed to be, I calculated it based on the food I received and it came to 28.30.-. Where you get the rest from is a mystery to me and I feel ripped off for 2.60. Especially for the fries, and they were really few, charging a cheeky 10.90 is 5 star level, but they were never worth it in terms of quality and quantity. The fact that my stomach was grumbling at home for many hours until the following day and I had to go to the toilet numerous times was the culmination of this wrong decision for dinner. All in all: complicated, expensive, average, ripped off and not worth a visit for a total of 35.40. Sorry but for that much money there should at least be service at the table! Recommendation for burger fans: BIG BROTHERS BURGER HOUSE MELLINGEN Really fine burgers...the finest in my life, and the menu mentioned above is available there as a "Hot Burger Menu" including great fries and a drink for a fair 22.- on site.

I've been ordering there since it opened and think they're the best burgers there are. Everything is topped with great toppings and the house sauce is a must-have! I also think the churros are very tasty, they are prepared very nicely and the whole service is very friendly and always delivered on time. Staff up to the boss were very friendly! Greetings Rosa

Why doesn't anyone talk about how difficult the store is to find? Not a single clue anywhere. Must be really difficult to write it down somewhere. Totally wrong and not at all inviting.

Miserable no other words describe this store!!! You are neither greeted nor served!! After 20 minutes we left. The lady looked at us several times, but didn't come to see us. It is absolutely not recommended!!! We would have preferred not to give a star, because even one is too many!

I think it's a bad idea to have the kitchen right in the bowling center. They only order for lunch, as the kitchen is well booked. I waited for an hour and the man in front of me for a group of 4 waited 2 hours. In the evening the bowling center is added and they are completely overloaded. I ordered XXL with an additional Angus meat. Angus was there when I picked it up, but one half was still missing. I then had to complain again and as an apology I received free ketchup with my fries. My wife had mushroom/fungi. The mushrooms were a little black. I didn't envy her meat, it was completely burnt and tasted that way.

Way too long of a wait. Food still not received after 1h30-1h40. You pay ~30-40 per person but waiting times are over 1h40. Bad and not recommended.

We waited far too long for food. Because it took so long, we wanted to cancel the order, but this was not accepted. All home deliveries were processed first before they started preparing our food after over an hour. The choice of side dish for the burger also didn't match the one on site, which is why I had to pay extra. In the end, due to time constraints, we took the order take away. It's a shame and not worth a visit!

Price too high compared to McDonald's which is 10x better! Meat has no taste, fries are still good but sweet potatoes are very ugly and finally, no good sauce!

Inedible meat. It should be chicken, but it tastes even less like chicken than in McDonalds and it also has gristle in it, so it has waste pressed meat. Paid extras or supplements are always forgotten. At least 1 hour late each time and then cold food. Absolutely lousy performance for this price. The bread alone is always delicious.

I recently visited Big Burger in Oftringen and was overall satisfied with my experience. The burgers were cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. However, I did notice a few areas where the hygiene could be improved. Firstly, the floors in the restaurant were quite dirty, and it would be beneficial to invest in a better cleaning routine to keep them spotless. Additionally, the restrooms could use more frequent cleaning and restocking of supplies such as hand soap and paper towels. These improvements would go a long way towards enhancing the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and ensuring a better experience for customers. Overall, if these issues are addressed, I would definitely recommend Big Burger in Oftringen

Large selection of burgers. If possible, eat on site as the burger will be soggy when delivered. The burgers are expensive and you pay separately for the side dishes. For the price you can expect a better burger. Delivery takes a very long time.

Burger is delicious but a real rip off!! We paid extra for fried onions and coleslaw, neither of which were included. It's better not to order online, they don't make the burgers the way you order them!

Hammer. You can tell that Big Burger relies on the quality of their products. For example, the fries at Big Burger are always nice and crispy and, unlike other restaurants, have 10 kg of salt per 200g of fries. Otherwise you can't go wrong with Big Burger. Burger breads aren't exactly mushy when you order them, and Big Burger gets a huge + there. And Big Burger keeps you full for longer than, for example, McDonalds etc. Depending on the situation, it is a little more expensive but it is worth the money.

We have already ordered several times and unfortunately recently the delivery time has been more than 2 hours, even though the delivery time was stated as 1 hour. We had the feeling that the burger was only prepared after we called twice. Unfortunately the burger and fries were cold...The price was overpriced for the quality of the food and the service. We won't be ordering here again in the future.

Waited far too long for the order. I paid 7.50 for the fries and got 130 grams for them. The rest of the fries were probably left in the black delivery box because the fries were not wrapped but were placed loosely in the box. Catastrophic

We just finished eating and I have to say it was worth it. The burgers were super fresh when they arrived. The supplements too. The burger was well presented, no run-of-the-mill bread and very crispy not soggy. All in all for 2 people 85.- for 2 burger menus and an extra is not cheap but worth it. Gladly again.

Catastrophe! Yesterday I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for the burger. Called every now and then and was told he would be there soon. Not even an apology in the form of a bottle of cola/wine or a dessert. On the contrary, there was even a drink missing from the menu - that came again 15 minutes later. That's not how you treat customers. Burger was ok - there are definitely better ones! I don't recommend it.

Last night I ordered this Lumberjack Burger from Big Burger Oftringen based on the employee's recommendation. I actually wanted to order a Dürüm, but since I was the only one in the store who ordered it and the competition's minimum order value was 20CHF, I decided on this option despite the rather negative reviews. The man on the phone was very friendly and, as mentioned above, recommended the Lumberjack Burger to me. The delivery time was 25 minutes. The supplier was also very personable. The burger was tasty but nothing “stunning”. For 28.95CHF (burger only) the price/performance is actually too expensive. Nevertheless, there are 3 stars and possibly a visit to the restaurant itself. 👍🏼

I ordered a few times on eat.ch. Unfortunately the order was delivered incorrectly the first time and then again the second time. The first time the delivery person told me that a new chef was working there. He doesn't really have it under control

Top food, very worth it. I ate Big Wagyu with really good Wagyu meat! Staff very nice!! Would always be happy to recommend.

We ordered via the JustEat app. The food was delivered quickly. The combination of the burgers is super tasty but unfortunately the burger patties look and taste like one from the Migros refrigerator.

Unfriendly staff Price 25 francs higher than on card due to price increase in the system. If you point out the price difference, you will be fobbed off with “Eh Kolleg wotsch esse oder ned”. Absolutely not recommended 👎🏽

Price/performance is absolutely bad. Service can be greatly improved. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Absolutely not recommended locally. Paid over 60 CHF for 2x menu. The menu clearly stated: drinks included. At the end we were allowed to pay another 12.00 extra for drinks. Avocado in burger was unripe. Fries portions were very small. The table and benches as well as the floor were dirty. The barman had absolutely no interest in serving his customers. The only plus: the food came quickly.

Ordered fries for 7.50 and they were 160g (weighed), unfortunately very ridiculous even when we called, very very unfriendly staff who didn't believe us and claimed it should be around 220g which is ridiculous. Delivery time was 1 hour 30 minutes, which was simply too much for a journey of 8 minutes (Oftringen - Zofingen).

40' delivery time at 5' distance on a late Tuesday evening. Very overpriced, side dishes in extremely small portions, sauce forgotten. (which you pay extra for!)

Price performance ratio is out of proportion. The minimum order value by location is not logical at all: Wikon, which is closer, costs 50 and Reiden 40

Unfortunately a bit disappointing as the price/performance ratio is simply not right. The burger was the best. The taste is boring, but otherwise OK. Curly Fries are totally overpriced, 12 for a small box. They came well seasoned with a good consistency. I wouldn't order jalapenios, spring rolls and mozzarella sticks again. The Ben n Jerrys ice cream was forgotten, expect compensation. Delivery time stated: 25-55min, after ordering: 69min, actual waiting time: 2 hours!!!
