Without doubt one of the best brunches in Lausanne. I recommend.

Very nice messages evening, very well eaten, lots of laughs, we had a great time!

Our server is very friendly and jovial and that is rather rare. I found the burger bun too thick, the taste of the ingredients was a little lost. There were 6 of us and we enjoyed our dinner.

A varied menu at acceptable prices. Sufficient quantities. The only downsides... their management of large groups (18 people) and the waiter's signs of impatience. Nice address with a slight regret.

Very good, good welcome but 30 min wait for dessert and 20 min wait to pay and the friend I was with had to pay an extra 30 cents for his coffee because he had a decaf.

Very disappointing! It's a shame… - coffee side: really bad taste, oat milk without foam or anything. However, we ordered cappuccino and Flat-White. - unpleasant waiters who, after asking our opinion, do not take the constructive criticism given, even on the contrary. Not even an apology... - slower service than usual on a Sunday brunch in an almost full restaurant. - we had to ask 4 times for the carafe of water. - they forgot my fries, and after asking, they finally brought it back after 30' but they were cold and limp. - hair in the food (yes, it can happen to everyone, but no) plus, they told us that coffee was going to be offered, but in the end nothing was offered to us. Apparently it’s “only the boss can offer”, and of course, he wasn’t present at the time.

The dishes were excellent!!! Great atmosphere! The only thing not so good was the service, quite a bit of waiting. But otherwise at the top!

Review 2019 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fine restaurant - night club. The Blue Lizard is divided into two spaces and you don't have to go to the restaurant to go to the Blue Lizard cellar. Good food, often quite high priced dishes. Good atmosphere at the cave du bleu with also concerts.

We came for brunch on a Sunday. Obviously, a lot of people, so service a little slow, but nothing scandalous. Our dishes were very good, however the waffle and the pancakes could have been a bit better cooked (especially) in the middle! Other than that, very good experience, I recommend for brunch.

Good food and atmosphere, but very slow service

This has been a go-to place for me for a while. The menu is simple but has great variety, the wine list is focused and quite good and the service is friendly and efficient. It's a great value in a town that is generally overpriced. Highly recommended for a casual lunch / dinner or a drink when the kitchen isn't yet open.

An excellent address in the center of Lausanne. I ate there several times at lunchtime and each time I was amazed by the quality of the daily menu! Very nice welcome and atmosphere. Excellent value.

Quite mixed by the brunch. Burger with very undercooked meat; the one with really bland seitan. I still have it on my stomach several hours later... The quality is not worth the price. The coffee is not good. Good service otherwise.

How can I say..., meal for 10 people..., we are told after an hour that there will be another 20' delay due to an error in the order (another group was served before us ), it can happen..., but when we ask the question to the manager of the room, (who will recognize himself), ... if we can have compensation in the meantime, like a drink, water or coke and that you say that the quality is not..., the manager replies that we "can't tell before having eaten" and that "asked like that, it's certain that there will be no action ".... In short, arrogant attitude, slow and inattentive service. To be honest, the fries were cold, but the meat was ok, the presentation on the plate was also ok, but as irritation suppresses hunger, ...so never again. But thanks again for the water...finally..., to top it all off, a real draft, but hey...that's the old stuff... .

As usual the dishes are very good. We were two people with celiac disease (do not eat gluten) and the staff seemed well informed about the special care to be taken for this type of intolerance. The only small point to note… service was a little clumsy and we were forgotten several times, to take the order for drinks at the start of the meal and the order for coffees had been forgotten. Normally the lunch service is quite quick...but this time it was two hours... Nothing too serious and we will go back anyway 😀

I didn't eat there, I went there for an evening/party/concert organized there and it was great. I had so much fun and everyone was very nice. The people at the bar were very fast and super nice. The concert was great and the toilets were clean (late towards the end of the evening, it wasn't as clean but the staff and nothing, they're not going to clean in the middle of a party haha) Very good :)

The environment is very nice and informal and the staff very kind and helpful. I was slightly disappointed by the cordon bleu which they described to me as the best in the city and very substantial but they changed it to a more gourmet variant and I was unpleasantly surprised. Good veggie burger

We tried the brunch. Top notch service, fast and professional. We were seduced by the lizard fang, they were so good!!! The béchamel has incredible truffles, the toasted bread, double shelf with gratinated cheese, home fries and a super well seasoned salad!! Fruit juices (we had apple, grapefruit and pineapple) at the top! A great brunch thank you!

Good restaurant in the center of Lausanne. It is better to book. Fast service and a very nice jazz atmosphere.

This place used to be one of the best in Lausanne, especially during the "chasse" season, but the quality of the food degraded a lot during the last months. The taste from the burgers only comes from the sauce (which I think is cheap ketchup or cheese). I bet the burger meats are frozen, because it tastes like plastic. And please please please, never ever set foot for the "soirée messages" on Tuesday evening. There were instances of disrespectful women, and you'll likely get girls who are only looking to increase their followers on Instagram. I feel so sorry for all the desperate men who sacrifice their dignity running after such girls. Not worth at all.

We enjoyed the burger and the poke bowl. The TiramiSuisse was also very good and presentation was exceptional (really fun idea)! Ice cream on the contrary was somewhat disappointing. The names sort of imply high quality ice-cream but in practice they felt pretty generic. We were in particular excited to taste the Daim ice cream but it felt like vanilla with some cheap caramel sirup instead. Couldn't see any connection to the Daim taste.
