I ordered bread from this bakery through the "Farmy" delivery shop. Their Nordic bread is so delicious...now, I'm also going to try the other artisanal breads from this same bakery. Walnut bread, a dream!

Baumann's dark breads are the finest! The best you can find in Lausanne. Cheesecake, vegetable cake, etc. a delicacy. Best boulangerie in Lausanne! And *Farmy* delivers to your home!

We ordered a St Honoré with whipped cream for my son's birthday, it was so good that no one left their share for the cat. A treat, I recommend both for pastries and pastries.
