Today a lot of people and employees were friendly and had a lot of patience. And have fun bowling and billiards 🎱 and the atmosphere is great 👍. The food and drink was very good 👍.

There was a lot going on today, the employees there did a great job. Very friendly. Food was good. 👍! Drinks served super chilled and fresh. Billiards 🎱 and bowling were great. Lots of laughing people. That's how we like it. Keep it up.👍

Cool place to spend time with family and friends.

Beautifully furnished with many bowling alleys and 6 billiard tables. Less suitable for beginners as no boards can be raised when bowling. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant.

Good bowling bar. Be sure to reserve in advance, otherwise you will rarely find a free lane.

Unfortunately, the staff is very, very unfriendly and annoyed and you get thrown out of the restaurant at 1:29 a.m. even though the opening times until 2 a.m. are a shame.

It's simply unbelievable how little respect the bartender who stood behind the counter on October 30th, 2023 has! The beer was still pressed into the Schedel Music was very terrible

Were fat in the Friday disse yesterday! The music was as bottomless as my performance, and there was only Eichhof and Calanda, there was a panda on the veranda! Bombaclart, you have to empty a few jugs into it (the towers don't exist anymore🐀) to endure the howling!

Reservations made by telephone for a group were not entered. The accusation was then made that perhaps they had not spoken to you on the phone at all, even though an accepted call was recorded on the cell phone. Impudence! There was zero responsiveness. The error was blamed on us as a customer.

It was okay 👍🏻 just a little hot in midsummer.

The greeting was unfriendly. Poorly mixed Turbo-Mate. When I asked if I could have some more vodka, I had to pay 7.50. Traces of blood were visible on various drinks. Very unfriendly service.

The website claims that children get a 50% discount until 8 p.m. However, if you pay after 8 p.m., there is still no discount. In technical jargon they call it misleading, I call it a rip-off! That was the first and LAST time there! You were also not allowed to drink water for the children. Water, no picnic. The staff: well. It fits the condition of the center, outdated and rather uninviting.

Great bowling center and very busy on weekends. Due to the small location it is always very loud. We booked the disco bowling and it was great! I find the price for a train to be rather high.

Disco bowling, a cool concept. A place where there is always something happening and a good atmosphere. The staff is friendly and has a good mood.

Very cool place, always a good tip, especially on the weekend. I thought doing a lot of special events like the Helloween event was great!! Can I have some more, please! Very charming staff behind and in front of the bar 😉. Very attentive and if the guests are particularly nice, they will sometimes give you a group gift (pin), which you are also happy to receive as a gift. Of course, always up for fun. Keep it up 👌💪🏻.

After a long time, I went bowling with colleagues again because we had bad experiences last time. This time too, we were disappointed again by very unfriendly staff. Customer friendliness is probably a foreign word.

Very disappointed, daughter went bowling with Gspänli for the first time (13 years old). Was asked if she was going into teaching. Has denied. But I had to pay the normal price of 60 instead of 30. Ms. Barmettler insists that it is her own fault for not showing ID. You could just ask if kids still go to school? No goodwill, no voucher, nothing, impudence! Will never go to Sursee Bowlen again! Staff really leaves a lot to be desired!

I think it's cheeky that you can't go bowling as a 17 year old with your two 18 AND 19 YEAR OLD COUSES from 10 a.m. onwards

Party mode from 10 p.m. It's a lot of fun, lots of lanes, nice service. Unfortunately a bit remote with public transport

At first I was happy until the employee told us we had to leave. On the grounds that she wants to do it at 11 p.m. Opening hours are normally until 00:30. I find that very unfriendly because we still wanted to play billiards. NEVER AGAIN!

Clean and tidy location with friendly staff

It's super great! Has lots of lanes, good music and later the lights are turned off and the balls and cones light up! Cool airbrush pictures on the wall. You can also play billiards and darts. There's also something for when you're a little hungry. Really fun there.

Despite an hour delay, we were still warmly welcomed! On a Thursday evening around 10 p.m. almost everything was empty. Drinks aren't too expensive.

Friendly staff and cool location. Unfortunately there is very little space for bowling, except at the moment there is more space due to covid. Toilet much too small during busy periods. Student discount on Saturday evening from 8 p.m. No longer valid!!!

Friendly service and careful attention is paid to compliance with the Corona guidelines/protective measures. In addition to bowling and billiards, you can also play darts and table football. 1 hour of billiards costs 18 CHF.

A bit stuffy but nice people and good prices

Everything is very good except the toilet. With a urinal and a toilet, this is far too small for a restaurant of this capacity.

Four of us went bowling today. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt in good hands. However, the condition of the center seems to explain why there are so few people there at 8 p.m. on a Saturday evening. Starting with the shoes, the floors, the balls and the pins, everything seems somehow worn out. The decor motto Surfing doesn't really fit in because the paint doesn't complement the decorative elements. It was also the first time for us that we played on a track where the pins were hanging on threads. This affected the game enormously and took some of the fun out of it because pins didn't fall just because they were hanging unhappily in the string of another pin. The prices for the games are fair. But the food is very expensive. In any case, I can recommend the schnitzel bread as a snack. This is really tasty. All in all it was ok but there is no reason for us to go there again. There are other centers where you get more for 120 francs (3 games, 2 hours + drinks).

We reserved a train and arrived 10 minutes late and unfortunately the train was already passed on to the next person, which was a disgrace!!

We had a lot of fun with the whole family. It is a very beautiful facility. The service is also very friendly! Unfortunately, the facility is located in an industrial area, but it is still great fun for the whole family to go there!

We were there mainly to play bowling. The bowling center made a mistake when reserving and we had to wait about half an hour, but we were each offered a free drink. It can happen and was handled well :) For me, as a beginner who has no idea about bowling, the alley was very slow compared to other bowling centers in Switzerland, which bothered me a bit. Otherwise everything was good. There are still pool tables and table football. The pool tables looked like they were no longer in very good condition, as I would expect in a bar. I think there were darts too.

Always a good time with lots of bowling lanes and 7 pool tables. Fumoir for smokers that works well.

Nice facility, good drinks, local beer, friendly service. The entrance is unfortunately a bit dull, it is in an industrial area and the entrance area is designed accordingly. Nevertheless, 100% fun is guaranteed for friends and family!
