Rip-off! Avoid this gas station. If you stay here for longer than 20 minutes even though you've filled up and bought something in the shop, the fine is unbelievable

If you charge money to use the toilet, it should be kept reasonably clean!!!! I'm not very picky, but it looked very, very bad, as the free toilets at motorway service stations in the Balkans are a luxury, and that early in the morning. 👎

After filling up, I parked in front of the cafeteria, consumed various things, drank my coffee, without a warning, I got a fine of 80Fr because I exceeded the "20 minutes" maximum time? I think it's a shame that you aren't pointed out!

I was a long-time customer of your gas station at Flughafenstrasse 79 in Zurich Airport. In the past, I have regularly used your services, be it refueling my vehicle, using the car wash or even enjoying a short break with a coffee. I parked in the customer parking lot and bought coffee and something to eat in the shop. I drank this coffee straight away in the shop and accidentally exceeded the maximum parking time of 20 minutes by a few minutes. Two weeks later the fine of 80Fr.- came My objection and request for goodwill was rejected. I think it's very weak of BP to treat customers like this. It was the last time for me at this gas station and the BP Group in general.

Beware of fraud I was in the BP shop consuming something and then in the toilet where two people were in front of me and then I drove away again. 3 days later I received a fine of CHF 80 by post from the start-up company Beppo for exceeding the parking time of 20 minutes. On Saturday of the same week I was in the shop and asked the store manager to discuss the case. The shop employee told me why I didn't use the airport toilet but their toilet facility, which wasn't dirty and the customers don't have to consume anything (She doesn't understand how she earns her payday) Beautiful photos were also taken on site where both shop employees are hiding behind the counter from the eyes of the customers. The case will be handed over to my legal protection and, if necessary, made public.

Sorry BP, this is the most disgusting shop ever. Everything is dirty, employees prepare frozen rolls with their bare hands, in between working the cash register, collecting money and then rolls again....quickly wiping the counter with a cloth.. I'm at a loss for words. Too few and obviously lost employees. ...Oh yes, not to forget the electric cars and taxi vans that constantly occupy the gas pumps and block the passage...and no one cares...

Always overcrowded with these Uber-Fritzes, and taxis and other alien creatures who hang around and drink a coffee for 2 hours and everything is blocked, when can't even get gas or buy bread.

Didn't fill up there but needed help in the form of a telephone around 1pm today. My (German) cell phone had no network and I urgently needed a connection to my son at Zurich Airport. A very helpful and friendly gas station employee immediately handed me her cell phone and I was able to reach my son. Many thanks again to this great young woman!

Asking customers to pay 1.00 for a dirty toilet is a disgrace. And who still has coins with them today? The dystopian prison lock and the extra fees are the problem! Gas station guests should of course be able to use the toilet free of charge! However, more money was invested in the isolation system, the ticket machine and the barrier than in the service for the customers!

Admittedly, this is the hangout for limo drivers 24/24 and yes parking is difficult because of that. Nevertheless, the staff is super friendly, the location is excellent, the bistro has good sandwiches, the shop sells fruit and while you have to pay 1 CHF to use the bathroom, which is ok most of the time, you get a voucher and off you go with a 1 CHF banana! They have started to chase limo drivers away and fines have been issued to some cars today, be aware power parkers!

The owner of BP Airport is very aggressive and cheeky towards the customers. He cheekily sends everyone away from the area, including those who want to wash their cars, without asking what is being done. He attacked me and tried to argue and swore for no reason, even though I just wanted to wash my car at the machine. I wanted to report this because I don't think it's decent or fair. The shock of Mr. Zaugg, the tenant of this gas station, is still in my bones and I feel obliged to comment on his rude and racist behavior here. Every man/woman has the right to use a parking space, the toilet and to shop in the shop for 15 minutes. I couldn't miss the conversation with Mr. Zaugg and a young, dark-skinned taxi driver. He addressed him as first name and scared him away like a stray dog. He kindly chased me away with you. I asked Mr. Zaugg who gave him the right to address this working gentleman like that. He just said cheekily: THERE has no right to stand here, and he should go back to Africa and drive a taxi there... and anyway... DRIVING A TAXI IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL!!! I think that this, probably bitter, older gentleman earns a large part of his income from taxis and limousines! I am ashamed of such an arrogant and extremely rude attitude from this man and think he is in the wrong place in such a service industry! However, I agree with Mr. Zaugg that drivers who receive orders via a ride-hailing app stand there for too long and this can be a nuisance for the gas station. There are plenty of other places for Uber/Vertt or other drivers to wait for an order. This would be respectful of British Petrol and all petrol station users😉

Where I refueled before returning my rental car to Zurich Airport. Depending on the type of car, check whether the gas tank is on the right or left before entering, distinguish between diesel and gasoline, and refuel as much as you want at the gas pump. You can pay by going to the convenience store next door and telling the number of the gas pump where you parked your car.

I really liked the service, the sandwiches were fresh and tasty, the girl was friendly and offered to warm up the sandwiches, we liked everything very much, I recommend visiting if you have a night transfer and nothing works at the airport, this is a great alternative!

Unfriendly cashier! Only one cash register open during lunch time. Cashier lets customers who have bought warm sandwiches go first at the checkout. Very annoying and unfair to the other customers who were waiting in line.

Gasoline prices 5-7% more expensive than in the city. It is therefore worth filling up rental cars outside and only buying the last sip of petrol here... Not least because of the waiting times at the petrol pumps and the cash registers. Gas station and shop as usual from BP, staff at this location relatively friendly. The car wash is brand new, now extremely expensive (~30 francs for car washing), but the cleanliness is not excessive, the whole car is covered with water stains afterwards, the hairdryer now blows from a distance of over 50cm, with the corresponding result. I have a subscription card and was a regular customer. But I'm very disappointed with the car wash now.

Very convenient for filling Gasoline for rented-car before returning. You can directly turn arround and drive to Airport. Only Problem is that you can reach it only on the way OUT of the Airport, so first you drive IN then OUT and then (with Gasoline) back IN to the Airport.
